About Carnival Roleplay was created with one thing in mind - Friendship. We wanted a home where we could build solid relationships and friendships in a drama free environment.
Here you can interact with friends and have fun without having to worry about being judged or hated for who you are. So come along and join our Carnival!

Rules & Guidelines

Applying and Reserving

• Please Subscribe.
• If you reserve a character it remains reserved for 48 hours. If you fail to apply within that time then your character will be available again.
• We do accept international idols.

Making your account

• Once accepted, you have 3 days to make your account and follow the admins.
• Once you have followed the database account, send a direct message with the tumblr url you applied with or your aff username. 
• Please do not follow any of the members until the database account has accepted you and announced your arrival.
• Make sure your account is set to private. Do not follow anyone outside of the roleplay. Do not accept follow requests from people not in the roleplay.
• Please put Carnival RP, Carnival Roleplay, Carnival.RP or something similar in your profile.
• You may choose whatever username you wish.
• If your account is removed or deleted send a message to the tumblr or leave a message on the aff page. You have 48 hours to make a new one.

Conduct

• DO NOT bully or harass any member IC or OOC. This will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the roleplay.
• DO NOT mix IC and OOC if you cannot separate between the two please do not join.
• You may not unfollow or block someone without an admins permission to which you must give a valid reason and provide evidence if asked.
• Please refrain from face chasing. Get to know everyone here. Please also refrain from having someone join the RP just to date their character although this is not compulsory.
• Please refrain from god modding. Just because you saw it, doesn’t mean you know it happened or you were there.

Hiatuses, Inactivity and Leaving.

• If you are taking a hiatus please message the Database account. Include which of your characters will be on hiatus and the dates you will be missing.
• Hiatus can last up to one month. No longer.
• Semi-Hiatus can last up to a month but you must post once a week.
• If you are inactive for a period of 2 weeks we will send you a message. Failure to respond to this message in 3 days will result in a removal from the roleplay.
• Once you have joined the roleplay please make a post within the first 48 hours. If you do not, you will be considered inactive and removed from the roleplay.
• To be considered active you must post once a week.
• If you decide to leave us please inform the Database and the Admins and unfollow everyone. Failure to notify us of you leaving may result in you being banned.

How Instagram RP Works

• All roleplaying is done under a picture post or in Direct Messages.
• You may post unlimited photos but please don’t spam. Be sure to space out your posts evenly.
• No text speak or chat speak unless you are using SNS or Texting, this rule applies to emoticons too.
• You may anywhere you like either on posts or in DM’s. We ask that you keep hardcore kinks in DM.
• The password is Poker Face.
• Sensitive subjects such as , Drugs etc are allowed but are to be discussed in DM. Please note these are triggering and discuss the plot first with whoever you’re roleplaying with.
• You CANNOT kill your character. Please no suicide attempts either.
• If you are speaking OOC please use brackets of some sort eg {}[]().
• Please do not post any kind of ographic image.
• Please welcome new members, it helps the community grow.

Character limits and changes

• You may have up to 3 Characters maximum. You may apply for a second character after being in the roleplay for a week and a third after another consecutive week.
• Character changes are unlimited HOWEVER you may not change characters more than once every two weeks.

Relationships

• Any uality is allowed here.
• There is a one week dating ban unless you’re moving from another Roleplay.
• Pregnancy/MPREG is allowed here. You may pick the timing but we find that 1 week = 1 month works best.
• Please inform the Admins when you get into a relationship again not mandatory.
