Summary

Just when everything seems to be going in the right direction, life throws you a curve ball. The baby wasn't supposed to arrive until after she got married and her best friend wasn't supposed to be the other parent. But that curve ball just threw everything for a loop and life definitely isn't going to be as Jihyun had planned it out. It's not like Hyomin wanted this either...

Main Characters

Lee Jihyun, aka Qri – 24. Perfectionist, fashionista, married to her job. Jihyun has been planning out her life since she was a little girl and with a lot of hard work has achieved everything she desired to do. She is a writer for Elle Magazine. Best friends with Hyomin since college.

Park Hyomin – 24. Comic book artist, skateboards for a hobby, takes her job seriously but is still a carefree person. Hyomin always knew that drawing was her passion just like superheroes. Knew she was different from most girls when she was a kid and has always lived openly about her uality. She is currently roommates with Eunjung who she's known since childhood.

Lee Junhee – Jihyun's 3 month old niece.

Recurring Characters

Ham Eunjung – 25. Outspoken, charming, and with a tendency to live her life on the wildside. Has been skateboarding since she was five and has been pursuing a professional career as such for a while. Her parents put her in Taekwondo classes as a child so she would have more discipline. Co-Owner of a Taekwondo school with her childhood best friend Donghae.

Lee Donghae – 25. Reserved but likes to crack jokes no one laughs at. Donghae grew up with Eunjung and Hyomin since they all lived in the same neighborhood. He is the head instructor at the Taekwondo school as well as co-owner. Skateboards as a hobby like Hyomin. Recently came out.

Park Jiyeon – 20. Model. Cousin of Soyeon. She's been modeling for two years and is in high demand from fashion designers as well as magazines.

Park Soyeon – 30. Editor for Elle Magazine, west coast division. Highly demanding perfectionist. It's her way or the highway. Married to Boram. Has two daughters. Jihyun's boss.

Jeon Boram – 32. Quiet, reserved and the complete opposite of her wife. She's a pediatrician and has two daughters with Soyeon.

JoKwon – 26. Stylist at Elle Magazine. In charge of clothing, hair and make up. He is quite feminine and outspoken. Good friends with Jihyun.

Lee Taein – Jihyun's neighbor and Junhee's nanny. She's an older lady who helps Jihyun with the baby while Jihyun is at work. Very friendly and caring. Has a son who is currently living in Korea.

Lee Jihye – 21. Jihyun's younger sister and Junhee's mother. She is a drug addict and doesn't even know who her child's father is.
