EXO Daycare

Don’t be fooled. All of them, even the cutest ones, have their way of wooing a (wo)man when they want to or need to on stage or in front of a camera. But, trust me, they’re just as childish as children. They fool, they kid, they make messes, they cry, they spit; it’s like SM runs a daycare! But when SM wants them to go on the show ‘Hello Baby’… Well… Let’s just say it’ll be like Children Babysitting Babies; a complete disaster, if you didn’t already know.

Because you and I both know it'd be exactly like this.

"Perfect!" Baekhyun exclaimed, just finishing his drawing above the "We love you!" written in Korean.

"What did you make?" Chanyeol questioned, looking over.

"The perfect bacon-red flower."

“That’ll only get them hungry…” Chanyeol whined, “Now I’m hungry.”

“Exactly." Baekhyun smiled a devilish smirk What about you? What did you draw?"

"I made Kyungsoo." Chanyeol revealed, giggling madly.

The shorter glanced at Chanyeol and then set his eyes on the other’s drawing, "You ! Erase that!" Kyungsoo growled.

Chanyeol announced, "It's in pen! I can’t! What're you drawing anyway...” He leaned in to get a closer look, “A snowflake? That matches with a penguin!" He burst out laughing again.

"Shut up." He turned away from Chanyeol to Jongin to calm his nerves from the most annoying person on Earth, "What did you draw?" Kyungsoo asked in the polite tone he never gave to Chanyeol.

"A puppy!" Jongin revealed with a great smile on his face. Because everyone, young or old, loved puppies!

"Of course." Kyungsoo muttered and continued adding more to his snowflake. "Good job, Jongin."

"Thank you, hyung!" Jongin bowed his head slightly at Kyungsoo before turning to Sehun, "That's a cute......" Jongin's words trailed off when he realized he didn't know what the maknae was drawing.

"Snowman, it's a snowman!" Sehun glared at Jongin with threatening eyes. "Since we seem to be doing a snow theme." He huffed.

“It looks… cute?” Jongin tried to compliment, but quickly realized he’d already said that and went back to drawing his adorable puppy.

"Ah-ha! A warm sun to melt away an ugly snowman." Chen blurted out with a laugh. He received a painful hit in the arm and let out a rather loud, over exaggerated cry, "Ow! Junmyeon, Sehun's hitting me again and I didn’t even do anything wrong!"

"Sehun, stop hitting Chen." Junmyeon mumbled as if he's been through this one too many times, "Or I'm going to allow him to drink your bubble tea for a week."

Sehun mimicked him mutely in a childish manner before continuing to work on his demented snowman.

"What the heck is that?" Chen questioned, pointing to Junmyeon's picture.

"It's the world. It shows unification and acceptance." He explained, but less than halfway through, Chen stopped caring and continued to bug Sehun. "I swear to god..." Junmyeon muttered, pinching the bridge of his nose in stress.

"Are you okay?" Yifan asked Junmyeon.

"They're a lot to handle..." He shook his head and sighed, changing to topic to keep his mind off the troublemakers, "What're you drawing?"

"A diamond." Yifan replied with a smirk.

"With... Lines in it?"

"It can be whatever I want it to be. Normal diamonds aren't my style." Yifan's smirk grew wider at his catchphrase.

Junmyeon sighed once again and continued drawing. Yifan's eyes wandered to the panda next to his Diamond, "I thought you were going to draw a white cheetah?"

"Yeah, but then I messed up so I just drew a panda since the fans love them so much." Zitao confessed, a small blush spreading across his cheeks. "Is that a kite?"

"It's a diamond with stripes." To this, Zitao looked confused.

"You'll fit right in!" Luhan smiled at Yifan.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"It means you're creative, like a child." Zitao clarified and Luhan just nodded. "What're you drawing anyway?"

Luhan looked down at his drawing, as if he forgot what it was, "A heart."

"Draw another heart around it."

Luhan slightly gasped, "Then it'd be two hearts!"

"Twice the love!" Minseok interrupted from beside Luhan, "I even drew a rainbow to go with the heart."

"I don't see how a heart and rainbow go together..." Luhan admitted.

"It just does." Minseok shrugged.

Yixing budded in, "And I drew a star for the rainbow that was drawn for the heart."

"If a heart and rainbow don't go together, then I don't think a star and rainbow will either." Minseok said, eyebrows knitting together.

Yixing tapped the side of his head, "Minseok, you have to think outside the box.” He drew a box in the air with his fingers around Minseok’s head, “Think about it, both a rainbow and a star are in the sky and both are said to bring good luck. Be it a pot of gold or a wish.” Miseok started to see the connect between the two shapes until Yixing said, “Plus, they both have songs about them."

Before Minseok could respond with 'There's a song about a rainbow?' a knock sound vibrated through the room.

All the members' heads turned to the door and no one spoke a word to each other. They didn’t even give each other questioning glances. Their eyes were stuck on the door.

There was a long silence before Junmyeon and Yifan realized it was their job, as EXO’s leaders, to answer. They got to their feet quickly and Junmyeon opened the door.

"Hello!" Three, slightly slurred voices said at the said time and one adult-like one said.

There stood a woman. Below her were three four-year old children clutching onto their mother's pants.

Byun Baekhyun | "I think this'll be fun- as long as the child listens to me, of course..."

Do Kyungsoo (D.O.) | "I really don't think I'll do well... I really don't want to be here..."

Huang Zitao (Tao) | "I think it'll be really exciting!...? Maybe?"

Kim Jongin (Kai) | "If babies are like puppies, I think I'll do just fine."

Kim Jongdae (Chen) | "Depends on the age. I won't take care of children younger than thirteen."

Kim Junmyeon (Suho) | "... You're giving me more!?"

Kim Minseok (Xiumin) | "I'm the oldest member in EXO! This should be no problem... Right?"

Lu Han (Luhan) | "Children?! It'll be fun to see how the other's members act around them!"

Oh Sehun | "... Sehun Oh hell no..."

Park Chanyeol | "Children are fun!... What? 4 years old?! Even better!"

Wu Yifan (Kris) | "I think as long as they aren't too much trouble, I'll just let the rest take care of it."

Zhang Yixing (Lay) | "People often say I think a lot like a baby- in a good way. Maybe it won't be that bad."
