Sometimes you have to be careful of what you wish for.

In a shiny, superficial universe where a flawless image is everything, Jieun tries to navigate between real and reel.  Jongin is a member of the boyband EXO,  one of South Korea’s most favourite kpop acts with their tightly choreographed dance moves and flawless visuals. 

IU and Kai are put together to train for a performance at one of the end of year concerts.  The whole of Exo are involved as well but the main part of the dance is between IU and Kai.

One of the most successful solo female artist performing with one of the most hottest uprising boybands is seen as a gold mine for the music producers.  They see it as a perfect opportunity to raise interest to their concert.  Everyone would be fighting to see the collaboration between these two artists.

Little did the producers know that there is a lot of history behind these two people.  Although IU and Kai are not familiar with each other, Jieun and Jongin used to be a couple.

They had broken up to chase after their dreams or more specifically Jieun broke up with Jongin because she didn't want to be the one who ruined Jongin's chances of debuting.

It’s been six years since then.  Has time really shaken away the lingering feelings between the two or is there still something more lying in store for the both of them?
