"I want to die.." you whispered. "I have done something so wrong to the point I feel like it's drowning me. I am inadequate and stupid, without worth. I might as well be dead."
"No, stop." he pursed his lips and violently shook his head. "Stop saying stuff like that. You're still here aren't you? If you really meant what you said then you wouldn't be here with me right now and honestly, I like it better with you beside me. It makes me know that there's someone that feels the same pain as I do. And that they're still here, with me."
"But it hurts," you tried to hold back your tears, but they already felt too heavy to begin with.
He took your hand in his and squeezed them gently, "I know. That's why we'll get through this together."

Here goes a go at writing my new fanfiction! As all of you might have already guessed, this fanfiction will be about teenage struggles through a common case called depression. If you're wondering, luckily, no, I don't have and I've never been through depression. So, before I go further into this story I would like to warn a few of the readers that this story will contain a few scenes that might trigger unwanted past memories, dreams, etc. i.e cutting, mention of suicide, bullying, etc.
This story wont only have angst in it because I'll try to make it fun and exciting but in an appropriate and logical way. Since I've never been through depression before (and I also won't in the future) I might get a few facts wrong but I'll try my best to make this story as realistic as possible^^
