An heiress on the loose! When the no:1 woman magazine in South Korea was declining in revenue, the chairman of the group was desperate in getting his grand-children to take over the director position and revive the magazine. But what can he do when both of his grand-children were free spirited grand-daughter and grand-son who refused to settle down and help the company. But everything started to change after she got herself broken-hearted because of a silly bet. Intending to get even to all of people who trampled her, she became one of the fiercest and most respectable director of the magazine.

Chairman Park Geun Hyung

The chairman of Media Star Group who owned several media including "Femme" Magazine. He's nearly 70 years old and lost his only son and daughter in law in an accident on a ski trip. Now he led the group but intended to retired and passed on the company to his two grandchildren.

Park Shin Hye / Park In Ha

Park Shin Hye was Park Geun Hyung first grand-daughter, after losing her parents when she was in high school, her grand-father was quick in targeting her as the next chairman of the Group. So she was sent to Paris to study fashion and business. But being a smart and free spirited girl that she was, she spent her days in Paris not only studying, she back-packed all around Europe, learned European Cuisine and culture, studied to become barista and pretty much anything related to lifestyle. She hated the idea of being held up as a Director, and not being able to live her life the way she wanted. So she often ran away from his grand father's eyes until he cut off all support and forced her to come back to South Korea.

Desperate times required desperate measures, still intending to avoid her destiny as an heiress; she disguised herself as a nerdy trainee and applied to her own company: "Femme" Magazine. She only need enough income to support her free live as a fashion/travel blogger known as "Aller"

Park Hyung Sik

Chairman Park's youngest grand-son; two years younger than Park Shin Hye. Instead of going to Paris, he was sent to New York instead to also study about business in fashion and magazine. Eventhough he was as smart and capable as his sister, but he was very playful; never looked serious and handles everything with jokes. Although he was 10,000 miles from his sister, they were both very close and together they insisted on rejecting the Director position. He falsified his report card so that his grand father would not know that he was doing well in his school. That was his way of running away from his responsibilities. Then again, they were both siblings!

Jung Yong Hwa

Secretary of imaginary Director in "Femme" Magazine. The director position had been vacant for almost 7 years since the late Director and his wife died; but the chairman still hired a secretary to prepare for the next director. Jung Yong Hwa had been in that position for 3 years and pretty much knew about magazine business. He was the only son of 5, he was very close to his mother and all of his 3 noonas and his dongsaeng; being surrounded by girls since he was born, he claimed to know very well about what woman wants. He graduated in business major, very capable in his work and knew that he was handsome and thus become one of the player in the company.

Park Shi Hoo

Creative Director Park, currently held the highest position in the company and decision maker representing the Director. He was Park Shin Hye's second cousin. Very ambitious and loyal to Chairman Park. 

Jung Il Woo

Assitant Manager Jung of HR department. He was Jung Yong Hwa's best friend since middle school, they went to the same University but he took psychology degree instead. Both were very handsome and capable in their own field and thus often being compared to one another or competed to get the same girl. But everything was for fun.

Min Hyo Rin

Fashion Editor Min, the head of fashion department who responsible for fashion content of the magazine which was about 70% of it. She was very sophisticated, trendy, strict and has a cold exterior. However, she was very capable in what she does.

Kang Min Hyuk

One of the teamleader in finance department, but his passion was really in IT. He loved gadget and one hell of a hacker. He hung out with Jung Yong Hwa and Jung Il Woo. He's very well mannered and loving and could be heavily immersed in his cyber world. Together with Yoo Seung Ho, the four of them were Femme Flower Boys.

Yoo Seung Ho

One of the employee in the telemarketing department, he was actually Kang Min Hyuk's classmate but because of his partying behavior he was late in joining the company and now was a start up employee whereas his friend already had a good position. His personality was outgoing and because he liked to party, he knew a lot of people in the entertainment circle.

Jung Soo Jung

Jung Yong Hwa's little sister who dreamed to be a fashion designer. She was lively and outgoing, very closed with her brother and often nagged him to get her a job in Femme Magazine. 

Son Ye Jin

Park Shin Hye's neighbor and bestfriend. She was a talented chef in a small french restaurant and dreamed of having a catering company of her own. Shin Hye met her in France when she was studying European Cuisine and became an instant friend slash travelling buddies. Despite the closeness, she was oblivious of Shin Hye's status as an heiress.

Kim Mi Kyung

Jung Yong Hwa's mother, she owned a traditional Korean restaurant, her husband died when Jung Soo Jung was still a baby and since then raised five children on her own. Her restaurant was a humble one but always full of customers. Her three oldest daughter were all married and now lived with their own family leaving her only with Yong Hwa and Soo Jung.

Kang So Ra

Park Shin Hye's high school frenemy, she was now work in "Belle", another woman magazine. Park Shin Hye and Kang So Ra had a history back in high school that destroyed their friendship. 7 years later they met again.
