Description
At twelve, Han Yulhee was found in the woods without memories and a number carved into her arm. Now an adult, and haunted by strange creatures no one else can see, Yulhee is determined to find out what was done to her. Aided by Private Investigator Do Kyungsoo, another victim, the duo find themselves pulled away from the people who have taken them in - and drawn into a world and mystery years in the making, the answers to which nobody believes or wants them to find. But neither can leave the past behind, and obsession is a dangerous road to walk.
Foreword
D.O/Kyungsoo deserves some love, and after reading the theories on Love Me Right having elements of Alice in Wonderland, I've decided to combine the two into this story. Where and when the story takes place is meant to be unknown (although certainly sometime in the 20th century, and in a small town) - I have never lived nor been to a small Korean countryside town regardless - rather the story simply takes place "somewhere" and "some-when", where Alice in Wonderland as a book never existed. The majority of the characters appearing correspond to characters from Alice in Wonderland - so you may guess before they show up in the story, as well as if you spotted allusions to the text.
I do not own EXO, their image, or any other idols that show up within this story. Please do not plagiarise this story; I will take it down immediately should that happen.
