Jay Park as Jay Park. He is aged 20. He can be very soft and sensual but when with the wrong company acts a fool. He is close friends with Loco and Zico. He lived in Washington until he was 16 and was forced to learn Korean quickly. He lives with the boys as his mother died from Cancer a few years ago resulting in him and his father moving to Korea. Jay Park aspires to become a rapper/singer but his father wants him to follow in his footsteps and become an accountant.

Loco as Loco. He is aged 19. He is very close to Jay Park and often butts heads with Zico as their views are very different. Loco also aspires to become a rapper but he also has a great interest in maths and often performs alongside Jay Park and Zico. He is fully Korean and lives with the boys. Loco is very soft and is the more sensible one of the three, but don’t get it twisted, he still will have fun.

Zico as Zico. He is aged 20. Zico is described as the crazy, partying type. He has no sense of boundaries and is very jealous of Jay Park. Zico takes part in rapping with the others and also aspires to become a famous rapper but he mainly wants this for the fame. Zico always encourages Jay Park to let loose and have fun. Loco often attempts to stop them but this often fails. Zico is also fully Korean but was kicked out of the house at 18 and has been living with the boys for a while.

Made up character as Hyuna. She is aged 18/19. Hyuna is described as a feisty, passionate, hard-headed rebel who can sometimes act really naïve and unaware about situations. She often gets advice from her best friend, Krystal and from time to time has encounters/conversations with Loco. Hyuna lives with her single mum, and is mixed with black and Korean. When her father left at 13, she and her mother then moved to Seoul to continue their lives. She has a younger half-brother also – Minho.

Krystal as Krystal. She is aged 18. She is the love advisor for Hyuna and tries to help her through her choices. Krystal is very posh and often looks down at Hyuna’s rebellious side and doesn’t understand her love for Underground rap, but she is always there to help. Krystal lives with her mum and dad, and her twin siblings – Jimin and Youngjae.
