Kim Taehyung [V] is a twenty-one years old and a 4rd-year student at Myeongdong Music Academy (MMA). He is an arrogant, multilingual perfectionist, who is the top student of the academy with an ability of being highly critical of himself and others, besides that he's extremely popular among the female students due to his good looks and musical ability. Taehyung is an excellent cook, although he mostly cooks Western-style food.

Jeon Jungkook is a young, free-spirited third-year music student and is depicted as a complete slob, who's an incredibly talented pianist who primarily plays by ear. After meeting Taehyung accidentally, Jungkook is immediately in love with him, he follows the older one around constantly, claiming to be his "hubby". Jungkook enjoys childish manhwa and movies, is constantly hungry, but his cooking and cleaning skills are atrocious.

Side - Fellow Students:

Min Yoongi [SUGA], a 4th-year dance student, who's father owns a Chinese restaurant right next to his university; who thinks of himself to be a 'primadonna' whose dancing technique is seen by himself to be deeply personal but by others to be simply sloppy. He sees Taehyung as a rival for attention and tries hard to compete with Taehyung's "Princely" image. Yoongi likes Jungkook for his free-spirited ways and quickly becomes friends with him.

Kim Namjoon [RAPMONSTER], a fashionista and 4th-year dancer; developed a crush on Taehyung. He considers Jungkook as a rival and often bullies him, but becomes one of Jungkook's best friends and credits the younger one for helping him become friends with Taehyung.

Park Jimin [JIMIN] is a prodigious dancer, who met Taehyung at a popular music seminar years ago. Back in Korea being a student of MM Academy and lead dancer of the university's dance crew, he becomes Yoongi's boyfriend. He had studied abroad in America and had received private tutoring from the Juilliard School main choreographer. He's a good friend with Namjoon.

Jung Hoseok [J-HOPE], a background dancer, whose family is in financial troubles because his father's business is about to go bankrupt. He's often mistaken as high school student because of his looks.

Kim Seokjin [JIN] is talented dancer, who falls for Jungkook at first sight. He studied abroad and joins MM Academy after Jimin invited him for a project.

Im Jinah [NANA] is Taehyung's former girlfriend, who also comes from a wealthy family. She majors in singing and is the "belle" of the school due to her looks and voice.

Side - Teachers:

Kwon Jiyong [G-DRAGON] is a highly respected internationally famous choreographer who comes to Myeongdong Music Academy as a guest instructor. He is said to be an oddball lecher, who's ert but demanding and not at all dignified.

Choi Seunghyun [TOP], a piano teacher, also known as the "mubuchae teacher" (Korean war fan seonsaeng). He used to be Taehyung's teacher until Taehyung blew up at him for scoffing at his dream of being a choreographer. He wants to become Jungkook teacher and is even going so far to forcibly transfer Jungkook to his class.

Dong Youngbae [TAEYANG] is piano teacher at MM Acadamy, said to specialize in "drop-out" students. Taehyung is re-assigned to Yongbae seonsaeng after his loud argument with Choi Seunghyun.
