Before you start, please consider this: I obviously didn't live during the 50s, but I've been doing a lot of research on the decade's, well, everything, from lifestyle to pop culture and vocabulary so that I can write this story decently. However, this is, after all, fiction, so please keep an open mind. Moreover, this is also an AU story, so there are some things, historically-wise, that will be either disregarded or not addressed for the sake of making your read easy and of good quality.

P.s.: "What's your tale, Nightingale?" is a term from the 50s that means "What's the story?". It is similar to "What's going on?" and suggests the addressed person tell the other something. A very suitable term and title for this fanfic, for, well... Read it, and you'll understand. ;)
