It was only one fan meeting, but the U-KISS fan known as Myra was upset.   The meeting seemed so awkward and even as she was leaving, she had heard other fans commenting on her apparent age and race.  Was she too old to be a fan of U-KISS?  Was it really bad to like or be into kpop simply because she was different?

Music spoke to everyone and yes she had learned a bit of the language and was learning more.  It wouldn’t be the first time she had focused on learning a language because she liked the music from that country.  Still people made fun of her and made her feel as though she was an idiot for liking the music.

She wasn’t even thirty yet!  That fact alone is what made all the age comments .  As she saw it, there was no reason to feel old just a few years shy of thirty.  It wasn’t like she looked old or had wrinkles or anything.  She didn’t even feel old.  In fact, she picked random kpop songs and did her best to learn their dance moves as her exercise routines.   In this day and age where some people are living well into their hundreds being worried about turning thirty was the least of her problems.

However, Myra was sure she’d end up complaining to a friend until she felt better, but of course… life had to hate her.   How did she end up running into members of U-KISS?!  Maybe if she just snuck out the backdoor or something, they wouldn’t notice her fan made shirt of the band.

Yep… that could work… that should work… that would…

“Hey! Didn’t we just see you at the concert?”
