"Here you go" Amber sat down on the blanket and put down the paper bag. She placed her hand inside the bag and pulled out the sandwiches

"Krys, for you" she handed the sandwich to Krystal who mumbled "Thanks" and smiled.

"And to you, Princess. I am so proud of you today" Amber handed her daughter the sandwich

"Thanks, Mom" Jiyoon grinned

"You really were amazing" Krystal unwrapped her sandwich "It was like as if you were flying"

Jiyoon grinned even more wider "Thank you, Unnie" for the girl the compliment from her new unnie friend worth more than the trophies she won at the track and field competition.

Amber took out her own sandwich and started to unwrapped it as Jiyoon said "Ewwwww... Mooooooommmmmm"

"What?" Amber lifted her head to see her daughter stared at her sandwich with disgusted look "What is it? Something wrong with your sandwich?"

"You know I hate cucumbers"

Amber sighed "Young lady, I told you not to be picky with your food. Now eat"

"They taste weird" Jiyoon still stared unhappily at her sandwich

"Kiddo, please stop doing that. Come on, just ask Krystal, she'll tell you how healthy cucumber is. Right, Krys?" Amber turned her head to her childhood friend and sighed in frustration "What are you doing?"

"Taking out the cucumber" Krystal said, picking out the cucumber

"See, Mom! See! Cucumber tastes weird"

"No, they don't" Amber insisted

"They do! Right, Unnie" Jiyoon looked at Krystal, looking for a backup

"I don't know about that. I never tasted it"

"And how can you say you don't like it?" Amber said in despair

"They smell weird" Krystal said calmly

"Smell?! How can cucumber smell? It consists of 99% water"

"Still smells"

"No, cucumber doesn't smell" Amber rolled her eyes "You, young lady, you eat your cucumber and you too miss picky food" she looked at Krystal

"Mooom"

"I don't like cucumber" Krystal said plainly

Amber eyes went big as she saw the two girls pouted "Wh--Wh--what are you doing? Stop pouting!"

"They taste weird" Jiyoon pouted even more

"...and smell weird" Krystal pouted too

"Oh no, you two ain't gonna tag team pouting on me. Stop.. Please, just stop" Amber was overwhelm with the double pouting action the girls were doing "Jesus Christ, fine, do whatever you want to do with your cucumber, just please stop pouting"

The girls smiled as Amber said that, Jiyoon pulled out the cucumbers out of her sandwich

"Seriously" Amber grumbled "What did those cucumbers ever done to you"

"Unnie" Jiyoon turned around to Krystal

"Hmm?"

"What was Mom like as she was a kid?"

"Heyyy..." Amber protested "That's top secret"

"Does she have a lot of fans?"

Krystal looked at Amber, she remembered the timid little girl with glasses who always cheered her up "Well, first of all, she used to stutter"

"Really???" Jiyoon was surprised

"Hmm Hmmm" Krystal nodded "She always had this black backpack and she wore glasses"

"Was she popular?"

Amber laughed "I was a nerd. Krystal didn't even know me. Others made fun of me because of how I dressed and how I looked with my oversized dark shirts. I was a walking weirdo"

"Never thought you were. I think you were cute" Krystal said calmly while Amber's ears went red as she heard it

"I w-- w---wasn't cute" Amber gulped and rubbed her ears, made it even worse

Jiyoon hide her smile, she knew her mom only turned red when she's really embarrassed  about something and it wasn't too often that she reacted like that. Secretly she did hope that maybe her mom would like Krystal because she felt so attached to the new Unnie. She would be happy if Krystal could be her mom's girlfriend, maybe even become her mother. She didn't have a problem with Min, but she just can't get close to her.

"Unnie, want to go to the bathroom?" Jiyoon asked Krystal, the latter nodded

"Cool" the girl said and linked arms with her older friend as they strolled to the bathroom

Amber just shook her head, how come girls always go in team to the bathroom. She took out her cell from her pants as it rang

"Hello. Oh hi, yeah, we are at the park" She listened for a while and got up "Where are you? I didn't see you" She looked around "Go straight from the pond. I'm waiting"

She smiled as she saw Min, waved to her and hang up "Hey" she said and save Min a kiss on the cheek "Glad that you made it"

"I am sorry I can't come early."

"It's okay. I told Jiyoon already that you had practice" Amber sat back on the blanket

"Where is she?" Min sat down next to her

"Bathroom"

"Alone?"

"No, with Krystal"

"Ah, that's her new friend you mentioned"

"Yup"

"Can I have some of your sandwich? I'm starving"

"Sure" Amber gave her the sandwich "Sorry, I didn'
