After a few hours ride Amber, Krystal and Jiyoon entered the Seogwipo Park

"Umma, you are going to love it here. The air is really fresh, we can take a walk around the forest, make campfire and play in the river. Mom and I have been coming here since years. The rangers are really cool, they know every centimeters of the forest, I'm taking classes in trailing and bird watching"

"Sounds really cool" Krystal brushed Jiyoon's hair

"Of course it's cool. This year I'm going to have junior ranger badge for bird scouting" Jiyoon's nodded

Amber laughed "She's been doing this since she was 7. She knows the forest better than me. I will be lost in a few minutes strolling alone"

They stopped at the office, the man with the mustace there high-fived Jiyoon and shook hand with Amber. Krystal bowed a little

"Ah, an addition to the family, I see" the man said

"Uncle Bear, this is my umma" Jiyoon said proudly

"Oh, really? It's nice to hear that" the man grinned to Amber "I hope you enjoy your stay here, Mam" he nodded to Krystal

Amber smiled awkwardly to Krystal, almost apologizing because the man mistook her for her partner or her wife.

"Your cabin is ready, Liu-shii" He handed Amber the key

"Thank you" Amber said

"Hey, Jiyoon" the man shouted as they climbed back inside the car "Why don't you come play with us at the reservation more? I'm sure your mom and your umma don't mind" he grinned

Amber and Krystal blushed while Jiyoon laughed loudly "I will, uncle Bear" she said

"Sorry" Amber said to Krystal "They misunderstood. I should explain it to them. I always came here only with Jiyoon, and she called you Umma so i think they think that we..."

"It's okay" Krystal answered "You don't need to explain it to them. We are going to stay only for a few days, right?" 

"Yeah" Amber smiled to her

"I never went camping all my life" Krystal said

"Don't worry, umma. You are safe with me. I am going to show you the forest" Jiyoon took Krystal's hand

"I can't wait" Krystal smiled to her daughter

Krystal couldn't hide her excitement about being in the forest, she said repeatedly how she loves the cabin. It only has two rooms, so Krystal is going to share the bed with Jiyoon while Amber got to keep her room

"We can upgrade to a bigger one when you want" Amber said to Krystal

"No, this is perfect" Krystal said and looked at the cabin with big eyes "This is beautiful"

"Mom and I always stay here, always in this cabin" Jiyoon placed her bag on the table. She looked at the wrapped present on the other side "When can I open my present?"

"Your birthday isn't until tomorrow." Amber ruffled her daughter's hair

"But I want to seeeee" Jiyoon's whined

"Nope. Tomorrow" Amber took the present and placed it in her room

"Can I stay up till midnight and open the present?" Jiyoon begged "Please? Please? I am 13"

"12 and a half still" Amber joked with her

"Ummaaaaa, mom is being mean" Jiyoon run to Krystal

"Oh, looking for your umma to back you up, eh?" Amber chased Jiyoon

"I know you can't say no to Umma, so yeah" Jiyoon teased Amber, hiding behind Krystal.

"You little brat" Amber caught Jiyoon, lifted her and threw her on the bed, tickled her.

"Hahhahahaha, mom, stop! Stop! I give up" Jiyoon laughed 

"Who's the boss here?" Amber continued to tickle Jiyoon

"You are, ahahhahahahahah! Stop, mom. You're the boss" 

Krystal watched from the side and smiled at their interaction.

After setling down, they went for a 3 hours walk through the forest with Jiyoon as guide. Amber held on to Krystal's hand when the soil was slippery. Each time they touched both of them blushed. Jiyoon pretended not to notice but feeling happy seeing her mom and her umma together like this.

As they got back to the cabin, Amber prepared the fire while Krystal brought meat and other ingredients outside. They were full, the food tasted a lot better grilled on open fire. Amber took her guitar and they sang a couple of song together. Jiyoon wanted to stay up until midnight but her eyes were so heavy. She made Krystal promised to wake her on midnight to open her present.

Amber kissed Jiyoon on the forehead and covered her with a blanket. She went outside to join Krystal next to the fire

"Cold?" Amber asked and sat herself next to her

Krystal shook her head "The fire keep me warm"

"I hope you like it here. It's not much but I wanted to keep Jiyoon close to nature"

"It's beautiful here. You can even see the stars so clearly. I never noticed how many stars are there" Krystal looked up "It's so beautiful"

Amber nodded and looked at the stars with her. They didn't say much, just enjoying the view and enjoying each other's company.

"It's almost midnight" Krystal said to Amber "We better wake her up"

Amber nodded. She went to her room first to get the present while Krystal went to wake her daughter up.
