About Me

Hullo~

I don't really know how to introduce myself so I'll start with saying if you ever need to message me, just call me Bibi. Compared to the fans who've been with K-Pop for years and years, I'm a fairly new fan and still quite a newbie to some groups.

I love writing. It's my passion and I feel the need to say that because, after months of sifting through this site, it seems like lots of people who write here have lost the drive to write for themselves and write instead for trivial things like subscribers and comments. But then again, who doesn't crave those little things? Though I do get a little burst of happiness when I get new subs or comments that will never outweigh the pure joy of writing itself.

My traits are many things. To certain people, I dare call myself sweet, kind, and loving—though I don't show it all the time—but to those who I see deserve it, I can be a bitch when I want. On the internet though, don't be afraid to message me and start a little conversation. I don't bite, I promise. Unless you start bashing the people I love. But that's a completely different story.

I don't really accept friend requests too easily here on AFF. It's kind of reserved for my actual friends and people who make an effort to talk to me. So don't worry; I don't bite. I'll always try to keep up a conversation if I'm not buried under homework.

My Biases

Bang Yongguk
B.A.P.

There's a lot I can say about Bang Yongguk, but I'll start with what I first fell in love with. I remember watching the Warrior music video for the first time and wondering whose heavyset voice was rapping. I knew from the sound of his voice and the charisma conveyed in it that he was going to be my bias.  Two music videos and two reality shows later, his position as my bias is still standing. Through four months of being with him, I've learned that he isn't the cocky bastard his image takes on. He's a sweet, adorable lost puppy that everyone's heart softens for, like it did mine.

 

Yesung
Super Junior

Yesung was my initial ultimate bias, before Yongguk came in of course. But I'll always have a special little place for Yesung in my heart, kind of like a girl would for their first love/boyfriend. There's so much to love about Yesung from his unique dancing skills to his amazing vocal ability. But everyone has got to love his insane dorkiness and turtle obsession!

My Bands
I'm into K-Pop for the wonderful music they produce compared to mainstream American pop nowadays. I'm always willing listen to any song from any band, even if I'm not a fan of that band per se. As long as it's good music, they have my ears. But I do have my favorite bands...
 

 

B.A.P.

This band, oh dear lord this band. I love this band so much. I know they're just rookies and there's so much more to learn about them, but that's what I love about them. I love that I've been with them from the start, and I have so much more to go through with them. For rookies, their style and stage presence is so unique and rich. They're so different and I can always see their passion for music when they perform. It's amazing! B.A.P. hwaiting, yes sir!

 

Super Junior

This band introduced me to K-Pop in the very beginning and I'm still fully with them. Their music is amazing and though they might not be legends in everyone else's eyes, but to me they are. They've contributed a large part to K-Pop. And each of their individual personalities are so unique; it's hilarious watching their variety shows and reality shows and whatnot.

SapphireQueen — The Hyper Maknae
The hyper, hyper maknae who always seems to be on crack. Insanely talented in art and academics despite being a year younger.
