12.28.14 - First KPOP event attended. First time seeing GOT7 live. The day I thought, "Is this for real? Are those holograms?"

 

11.14.15 - Second KPOP event attended. GOT7's first fanmeeting in PH. Hi-Touch. JB's hands are very soft. GOT7 = god7 = perfection.

The day I went crazy.

*me thinking* "JB was wearing a jacket during HT, right?" (He wasn't.)

*looking for HT pics in the organizer's FB page* "I swear the guy behind me was wearing a blue shirt." (A friend I met at the FM linked me a picture of us during HT and the guy was wearing yellow. LIKE WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ME?)

 

07.30.16 - Third KPOP event attended and first concert attended ever. BTS' second concert in PH. VIP Standing B. The most beautiful moment. It was a warzone in our area (people kept pushing) but it was all worth it. Jungkook was so handsome (actually, everyone was but ofc, I had to see for myself who the most handsome is among the members). He also proved he's indeed a golden maknae and the main vocalist of the group - I will never forget his high notes, I swear. Actually everything about BTS' Epilogue is unforgettable. Also, Jimin (my bias wrecker) was so charming and cute too, he's such a boyfriend material I can't explain it XD During Ms. Right, I fell on my back trying to catch the yellow ball he threw towards us. I was so ashamed ofc because people from the other sections definitely saw that but when my boyfriend helped me up and handed me over a yellow ball and told me it's the ball Jimin threw and he kissed it (it's funny but it's like I had short-term memory loss when I fell because I forgot it was Jimin who threw the ball), I jumped and hugged my boyfriend. Perks of having a tall boyfriend XD Jimin just solidified his place in my bias list thanks to that moment <3

I like all the members of GOT7 (it's really hard not to) but my ultimate bias is...

So how did I become a fan?

I think it's before GOT7 "A" promotions. I decided to check this new JYPE group because it seemed like they're popular already considering they're rookies at that time. I first listened to "Girls, Girls, Girls" and I was really disappointed at that particular live performance because well, vocal-wise, they're not that good yet and I thought all the hype's just because they're from JYPE and that they're good-looking (fellow IGOT7s, please don't kill me T_T they've proven themselves now, of course). But I did like the song (it's new to me) so I downloaded it. Everytime I listened to it, one member's voice always gets my attention. I really liked how he sang this "swagger" part... But I still didn't check them out though.

So here came their "A" promotions and I watched their comeback stage on SBS Inkigayo. This guy, with straight black hair and whose smile and eyes gave me so much feels, caught my attention. As I listened to him sing, he reminded me of the voice that I liked in GGG. After some research, I finally realized that it's him all along. Our dear leader, JB... <3 And that's how I came to like him and eventually the whole group <3

So how did I become a fan?

If you guys remember a GOT7 Mark fic entitled "Mark in Luv", that's actually the first time I watched a BTS MV. The song was catchy but I didn't really pay attention to the boys. I was like, "Wow, so this is their kind of music." They came off to me as rebellious and their songs seemed "noisy" to me. (Sorry!)  So.. yeah. I wrote the GOT7 fanfic and proceeded with my life as a GOT7 stan.

When BTS came out with I Need U, people I follow in Twitter went berserk and I thought maybe I should check the MV out. During that time, I was already thinking of stanning another group since it's kinda... 'lonely' and I feel left out whenever friends talk about other Kpop groups (couldn't relate :( ). So... I watched the MV and I was like, "That's it?" The music was "less noisy" to me but I still didn't like it. So again, I went back to stanning GOT7. (LOL)

Then came BTS' comeback stage (MCountdown, I think?). I was really curious as to how they will dance to that kind of song so I checked their comeback stage. I read the comments first and everyone seemed satisfied with the choreography. I watched the stage and finally, I was amazed. No one got my attention in particular. I just thought of one story that I subscribed to here in AFF and remembered someone named "Jungkook". So I thought he should be the first member that I familiarize myself with (knowing one member out of seven is better, right?). And!!! You know what followed... How can I not fall for a dancer-singer-rapper-visual like him? (Yeah, he's just like my Jaebummie).

So.. Yeah. Now I'm torn between JB and Kookie. *sigh* Why did I stan GOT7 and BTS again? Haha.
