About Me

So here's the skinny:

I am a student and a friend, a writer and a lover of all things Japanese and S. Korean. I love to write things, and currently, I am working on a number of projects, including both writing, running a blog, and makign graphics. Please be patient with me, as I do go to a university with a very demanding academic schedule. I will try to post as often as I can, and I will definitely warn when I will not be able to post, or update my stories.

I am looking for people to give me constructive criticisms; I love it. No flames, though. I am also always looking for ideas, so if there is something that you have always wanted to read about (Merlin knows how many things I would like to read about), drop me a line, and I can see if I can spin something for you.

As for writing style.. Hm... I tend to be a bit on the descriptive side. I like the way description allows the words to flow from my fingertips, and blossom on the page like droplets of ink in water. I have been told that I write like an overzealous advanced ESL teacher. If anyone knows what that means (because I definitely do not) and can give me an example, then I would be very appreciative. I like to have humor in my writing; however, I find that most of my humor comes across as sarcasm, too blunt, dark and witty or a combination thereof.

A little bit more about me:

Age: 19

Favorite Color: Green, followed closely by black, orange, red and purple.

Favorite food: Carbs. Any type will do, really.

Favorite TV shows: We Got Married, Strong Heart, Anything involving SHINee

Favorite band: At this moment, EXO. All time favorite: SHINee

Favorite thing to do on a Saturday: Sit in my bed with Charles, Wally, Sita, and Collen (My stuffed bears) and read FanFiction, watch K-Dramas while listening to K-Pop.

Dislikes: The cold; bright spaces (I have one light on in my room and it comes on only when I need to dress and do homework), ice cream other than chocolate, annoying people and present-tense narration (there are so many things wrong with the last one I will just leave it alone for right now).
