About Me
It's nice to meet you!
My writing name is Lee, so feel free to call me that! I've been here and writing my own stories since 2014 and haven't been able to stop since.
I am here to be a beta reader for anyone who needs one! Just drop me a pm if you want me to help you, just make sure you know my guidelines. :)
How I work as a beta reader;
I don't know, maybe I do it a little differently to others but here are the guidlines/rules if you will;
1. Message me and let me know that you want me to be beta reader for you, I will say yes 99% of the time, but I have a life to that may be busy at times.
2. I will do my best to meet your timetable for updates, but I have my own work and stories as well, so I will of course be annoyed if you rush me rudely.
3. Send me a request to coauther your story and according to your preferences I will make my own little spot on your story temporarily and that is where I will put the edited parts to your story. I will delete that draft area I worked in for you when I am done with your request.
4. Credit me in your forward, I don't expect any kp from this, but acknowladgement is great!
5. Either make a blog post or link me in your story for other people to see.
6. I can do any genre and group but I will not do or Yuri, I'm not comfortable with that sort of thing.
7. when I am done it is up to you if you want to keep me as a coauthor on your story or not.
8. Keep me up to date with what's going on while we're working together! If you're not getting inspiration or don't update often, that's fine! Just fill me in on what's happening and I'll happily continue editing with you when you're ready to post.
9. And lastly, please, please, PLEASE! Let me know if you don't need my services anymore. If I see that someone else joined your story as a beta reader or you're not having chapters for me to work on, what I think is understandably, I will be confused by the lack of communication. And if I see I'm no longer being needed for help, I will quietly remove myself from the story. I ask this because of authors in the past not communicating with me properly, again, I shouldn't have to chase you for your story.
