“On our schedule, NHK Kohaku Festival was the last in the list, and nothing was scheduled after that… Performing at a great and honorable stage like Kohaku Festival, it was heartbreaking to think that“this could be the last stage of us 5 members…” We could have stayed in Korea and enjoyed what we had, but we moved to Japan and started out all over again as newbies… And went through all the hardship, and at that point, we only had to profit from what we had achieved. I felt sad thinking, “On this stage that we are supposed to be so happy, why do I have to sing with a broken heart knowing this could be our last stage?” —Changmin

“I also felt uncomfortable while singing there. More than anything, we had so many memories and we had been working hard toward this same goal together. On that prestigious stage that we finally reached, I was so afraid to think that it could be our last. However if I made a sad expression while singing there, it just meant that I was acknowledging this was our last stage, so I sang even harder.” —Yunho

Yunho: I’m the leader, so when we got together, I told them that from now on, we have to use “our” instead of “mine”.
Yoochun: Yeah! I remember this one day, Jaejoong hyung was showering and he took a long time. When he came out Yunho hyung asked: “What took so long?” Jaejoong hyung answered: “Oh, I was shaving our beard.”
