Hello!

Welcome to my small corner of this site, thank you so much for visiting. I'm more known for writing 2min stories but I've a few for other groups and you're very welcome to read whichever work of mine sounds good to you. I appreciate the subscribers and nice comments I still receive even when I've been absent for sometime on here (though I check daily for notifs) and if I can give anything in return at the very least, it's to do my best with writing my stories so that someone other than myself can enjoy them <3.

About Me

Q&A <3

Q: What's with your username?
A: It's regarding me personally: 'Sugar' is because of my sweet personality that I and others have mentioned I have, and because, if you don't already know from past mentions, I love cake. 'Pop' is because this site is (mainly) for kpop related works, and because I like kpop music (otherwise I wouldn't be here) and I can be rather enthusiastic at times and 'pop' all over the place excited, haha. 'Fiction' is obviously because my works are that.

Q: Is it okay to speak with you sometime?
A: Yes :)

Q: Why have you left? Where have you gone? ;A;
A: I don't write K-pop anymore. You could say I've 'graduated' from that stage. However if you're still a fan of my writing and/or are interested in what I'm doing now, then you're welcome to check out my work on AO3. My username is 'Sugarby'.

Q: What sort of stories do you (mainly) write so I know if I go looking for one to read?
A: Rom/Com/Drama with one or two fantasy.

Q: How long should I write to be considered 'good'? How do I become good? Advice, please! ;_;
A: If I tell you that I've been writing since I was ten and that I'm twenty-something right now, will that make you feel uncomfortable? It's different for a lot of people because someone who's been writing for less time can appear to be writing better--I've definitely felt like that from reading someone's great stories. But what's the same for everyone is that to be good at something, you really have to be dedicated to trying your best and keeping at it, but make sure it's enjoyable for you first and foremost otherwise it'll probably drain you energy wise. Whether a story is 'good' or not is subjective, something that's debatable among your readers, not just yourself. About a decade later and I still have uncertainties with the way I write, it's natural; so I decided to write-up some advice blogs for this issue--from one amateur to another, I'm not a profressional--and I hope they're helpful to you.

Q: I'm so/too nervous to post anything! >_<
A: That is perfectly natural and okay. Hey, even I still get anxious over posting new works and I've been doing this for a while. You're possibly concerned over what an audience will think of your work but first and foremost you should make sure you're pleased with the story yourself. Also, there's a saying about being able to please a crowd but not, like...an entire large number of people. Something like that ^^;

Q: I'm stuck for ideas! Darn writer's block! >O<
A: I've not had writer's block for many years now and that's because I've saved up nearly every single idea I've hard, worked on them a little by adding notes, and stored them in my 'wip' folder. So that's what I recommend you to do--even if you think the idea is bizzare or not strong enough plot wise, there's always the possibility of combining it with another idea. But in the mean time, if you're w/o a single idea, check out writing prompts online or find inspiration through your life or something you're watching on TV or are thinking about in general. For more ideas, I have an advice/tips blog <3 :).

Q: Do you take requests?
A: I've been offered before but never have, but it's something I think about and may possibly take on in the future when I've sorted out my unfinished stories. I worry I won't be able to create the sort of story a person asks for but I'll do my best and try to communicate with them as best as I can if I ever get in to this.

Q: What's going to happen to your stories when/if you go? :'o
A: Have no fear, I'll leave my acc and stories just as they are for anyone who wants to read my works :)
