My last art for you. 

 

You were the danger she loved

the inevitable pain she admired

You were the broken she adored

the disaster she endured

She never let go though it was a must

She gave it her all and returned unjust

Must she only kick on dust?

when all it was for you is lust? 

though she may have the chance

to turn around and walk away

she knew it would've been completely in vain

for the love that was in her heart 

was yours to take. 

She hoped you carried the lessons she gave

That your future be less grave

it's a cruel world out there

just push on and be brave

You've found a partner 

Seemingly worthy of one another

Though the sight triggered a sting

she was happy you're okay. 

Now we go our separate ways

I hope we meet one day

You'll be you

found and complete

and I'll be me

Happy and fulfilled

Let's the best version of ourselves

and let us look back on these memories

with so much happiness that it blinds the pain.
