About Me

I'm Queenie. I was born on twenty-fifth of October. I was born during midnight and hence, I celebrate my birthday on two days, Twenty-fourth and Twenty-fifth, because , why not? Who the eff am I to decline two-day birthday celebrations, when my whole family insists on it?

I'm an exceptional Bathroom-Idol. I can sing, rap and dance like a, possibly better than a K-Pop idol when I'm in my bathroom. Once, I'm out though, I can't do any of the mentioned things to save my bloody life.

My bias-list was ruined so badly, that I no longer believe in creating one. Every time I have a bias-list, one or the other Idol decides to wreck it like his freaking life depends on it. So say No to bias-lists and may my previous bias-lists rest in peace.

I can speak quite a few languages: Konkani(my mother tongue), English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Tulu, and I understand and kinda speak Malayalam and Sanskrit (a few of India's thousand languages). I'm a Sanskrit student, meaning piss me off, I'll curse you in the language of Gods. I can and I'm sure, you too can write in Hangul.

My tip to not fall in love with an Idol is to stay the hell away from variety shows that include the said Idol, you'll live. Curiosity kills K-Poppers. Curiosity is what led me to K-Pop, Fanfiction, Asianfanfics and other life threatening things.

Surprisingly, I'm not a huge fan of K-Dramas, because they somehow manage to remind me of my own country's daily soaps. I don't know whether it's because of my dislike towards daily soaps that don't let me watch K-Dramas or It's just me being me.

I'm full of unexpected reversal charms. I look like I could kill you, though I'm a cinnamon roll and the only way I could do that is by stuffing cinnamon rolls in your face. (A friend told me this and I was like, yeah, that sums me up!) People assume I'm super arrogant and cold, then they think I'm super shy and quiet, later they tell me I'm pretty fun and awesome and finally they realize that I'm effing insane, which is always too late.

My other obsessions include: Journals and Notebooks, InkPens, Calligraphy, Doodling, Harry Potter Universe, Werewolves, Fairies, Crowns, Indian Mythology or Mythology in general, Antique Typewriters, Typewriter Fonts, Pinterest, Clothes, Polyvore, Heels, Avengers, The Marauders, Reading or more like re-reading stuffs...

I hate math but I love counting money. I love buying new things but I hate spending money.

I like reading about Idols' habits and find my habitual twins. I do hand flops, like Xiumin. Honestly I've no idea what to do with my left hand while I'm doing something with my right, that I unconsciously flop it like a chicken, I was always embarrassed of this until I realized Xiuminnie does it too~ Now, I'm super proud of my habit.

I press my lips into a line, like Sehun. I do that everytime I feel disappointed or unsure or just when I feel like it. I have this habit of closing my left eye tightly when I'm embarrassed or when I slip-up, this is one of my favorite habits because everyone tells me it's cute and I proudly accept that very humbly.

I clap when I'm extremely excited or happy. I usually say "WooHoo" in a cheery sort of way, when things go wrong.  I love potatoes to death, actually all sorts of root vegetables. I actually like eating green veggies. I don't eat eggs but I love chicken. I'm scared of dogs but I love puppies.

I love watching the sunrise. I have watched it a lot of times, but I feel like it's different and new every time I watch it again. My only problem is I can't wake up early. I can stay up all night, but waking up early is impossible. I have a younger brother. I live in a joint family with my maternal grandparents.

I've been a Fangirl since I was in ninth grade that is 2013. I admit I wasn't there when my Bias' started, but I promise to stay with them till the very end. I don't regret my decision to be a K-Pop fan. I don't regret joining Asianfanfics. I don't regret taking time to read and write Fanfiction. I don't regret learning about Korean culture. I regret nothing related to Koreans and K-Pop.

K-Pop and Korean culture has become such a part of me and my life that expressions like Aigoo, Jebal, Aish( this is my favorite) and other phrases come second nature to me. I've memorized the alphabets and how to pronounce the words in Korean. I'm so used to Korean now, I can recognize it off anything and anywhere.

It doesn't suprise me when I find myself humming K-Pop songs. Now, My friends are used to it too.

I will never ever forget nor regret and I’m proud that I am a fangirl of these Korean Boys who have changed my life. For past years and until now they continue to inspire me, and because of them, I have goals to finish my studies and get a good job someday.... and then I'll dedicate that for my family and for them.

Finally,

I pledge to the allegiance to the Fandom fo the name of K-Pop and to these Koreans, For which they stand, under companies, Forever y and Cute, with eyeliners and abs for all.

Stay Happy and Stay Blessed.

XOXO
