-dolce- on says: 4 slices brioche (or any soft bread that you like), 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon Hershey's powdered chocholate drink, half teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup milk, 4 eggs, butter, strawberry slices (or any fruit in season), powdered sugar (optional), [I hope you're a morning person honey:) Though I can eat this anytime of the day! LOL! Beat the eggs and slowly add in the milk. Add the cocoa powder, Hershey's and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Soak in the bread for an hour. Heat a nonstick pan and melt a slice of butter (for each bread slice). Pan fry each of the bread slices until firm to touch. Top with strawberry slices and powdered sugar. Enjoy!]

-dolce- on says: PASTA MARGHERITA 1 pound angel hair pasta (cooked per packaged directions), half cup olive oil, 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (diced), red pepper flakes (as much as you could handle), 1 can diced tomatoes, chopped fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste, some pasta water, [Try the pasta rendition of our pizza favorite:) Put olive oil at the bottom of the pan followed by the pepper flakes. Heat slightly until the pepper flakes sweat a bit and add tomatoes. Simmer and add the pasta. If it's too dry, add some pasta water. Mix thoroughly until the pasta noodles are well coated with the marinara sauce. Add cheese and basil. Season as desired. Serve hot!]
