I originally created Asianfanfics as a supplementary site for one of my friends who was a dedicated but frustrated Winglin user. At the time, Winglin went offline often without warning and my friend also somehow lost her stories. I developed Asianfanfics in a period of about two weeks and launched it in April of 2009 as a place for her to store her fanfiction.

Less than a year later, we had grown into a tight-knit community of over a thousand users and had many major changes since our launch that we feel make us competitive in the fanfiction space. Our community is still growing and have more changes to come so feel free to let Nichiren know of any comments, questions, or suggestions that you may have. We hope you enjoy our site!
