Save online for apps

I downloaded Aff app few months ago and found that for every stories it has "save offline" button. I try to use it but after I click the button, the stories does not appear on the offline page. It only saved the title of the story without the content. Can anyone help me?

How to use "save online" for application?

@haljordae Sigh~~ already did that too 😭😭😭 Never mind, I think later I try to uninstall then install the app again. Thank you for responding 🙏🙏🙏

@MeSyira Oh, it's new & I've never experienced it. Have you tried removed the story from your Offline page and then saved it once again?

@haljordae I already did...there is a list of chapter but I don't have an access to the chapter. Every time I click on the chapter, it doesn't show story but scroll up on the page.

(Hrmmm..did you get what I mean?)

Did you scroll down the story as you accessed it from Offline page? There should be a list of chapter/s under the foreword you can click to read the story offline. Or, it might also becausr the author of the story didn't allow readers to read it offline.
