Essay Brainstorming Help Plzz!!

Hey guys!! So yeah I need some help writing my essay for school cuz I have a major writer's block right now T T

So the prompt is:
Some ppl believe they are the product of their circumstances while others feel we determine the outcome of our lives through our desicions and outcomes

So I'm suppose to write how we determine the outcome and I just can't start it cuz once I can write the introduction the rest of the essay will breeze through nicely but I can't. Can someone like write a sentence or two or give advice on what to or how to start it? I literally just need like a inspiration like a sen. Thanks guys!!!! ^_^ 凸^-^凸

@Invisible_hunter Umm thanks for trying to help but lol it's the prompt our school gave us and our teacher has strict rules and said we had to pick one side of the agrument... I just finished the essay but thanks:)

Not that I am messing around or anything, but isn't the two choices kinda just relate to one another? We are, in fact, a product of our own decisions. However, those decisions would never have come into existence without the circumstances (or previous circumstances). Be it good or bad, those circumstances will shape us, our personality, and our future decisions. In my perspective, it is like a never ending loop that each one would have not existed without the other. :)
