Old t-ara was really good. I love cry cry the most, you should check out the mv because it's so dramatic. Make sure to watch the drama version of it.
4 minutes probably a pretty decent oldies. I love almost all their title songs and Hate and Crazy are my most favs.
I like RV too because their music is different. Same goes to fx but i just like their ot5 songs because they're addicive.
Maybe you should try watching produce 101 season 1. Unexpectedly it's very good show to know the girls.

f(x) - 4 years w/o cb but still slay. Their song electric shock is a bop until today. Oh, and check out 4 walls and Red Lights too. They never had a cute concept tho if I recall.
SISTAR - more like the y unnies concept and they danced in high heels. Song you should hear - Loving You
Girls Day - same like SISTAR but different. Songs you should hear - Female President/Something
Miss A - JYP favorite group because Suzy was on it. They never had a cute concept too if I recall. Songs you should hear - Goodbye Baby/I don't need a man/Hush
Wonder Girls - another JYP favorite group but has disbanded. I'm not really a fan but you can try to listen to their songs.
T-Ara - also disbanded. They have a few of cute songs like Bopeep Bopeep and Roly Polly but you can try listening to Cry Cry or Day by Day or Lie
After School - hasn't comeback since 2013 I think. Their songs are bops but pledis was sleeping on them. Please listen to Because of You and First Love. Their subunit is orange caramel and their concept is a total opposite of AS.
Brown Eyed Girls - The adult idols lol their music never fails me but never had a comeback after Gain constantly releasing solo albums. Check out their songs Abracadabra/ Sign/Sixth Sense.

the 2nd generations groups have less cutesy and girlies concept than the 3rd generation which it almost looks like some girl groups now are sharing the same concept.

since no one is recommending it so I recommend to you, Red Velvet! Their concept is not that girlie or innocent lol and they have a unique concept like their sunbaenim f(x). They have two sides of their concept which is Red and Velvet. I personally like their Velvet side because the music is closer to rnb and ballad while the Red side is more energetic. But recently SM decided to combine both sides. As for songs, maybe you can start with Be Natural or One of These Nights for Velvet side and Ice Cream Cake or Dumb Dumb for Red side. I don't really recommend their song Rookie but you can go ahead and check them out! XD As for the shows, I recommend you to watch their SNL Korea and Knowing Bros too. It was really funny. And you should watch Idol Drama Operation Team! Mamamoo Moonbyul was also casted there.

Idk if RV fits your type of girl group but I hope it is! haha sorry for the hype. I'm just getting excited that someone wanted to know more about girl groups and it makes me happy :D

How about Sonamoo but nowdays they change to girlie concept. You can check out MV like Deja Vu, Cushion, & Friday Night (latest song). Some of their bside song too is good. Variety show that they appear like Sonamoo's Pet House & Sonamoo's Honey Jam Radio. One of their member D.Ana appear in Idol Drama Operation Team

Try GI (Global Icon) their dances are somewhat along the line of boy band, which is super cool. Sadly, their entertainment tried to make them girlish for publicity sake and most of the original members left. T^T The music videos that I recommend are Beatles and Boo (feat Dok2)

AOA! I don't really listen to girl groups, but if anyone, it would have to be AOA. They represent the y concept really well. Check out Like a Cat. That was really well done. Also, they actually started out as a band like FTIsland and CNBlue, but it wasn't as appealing, so they switched concepts. If you're interested in the band type thing, check out their debut which was Elvis

Ooh..i love mamamoo and 2ne1 too....so i'd suggest blackpink, dreamcatcher, 4minute and exid....although tara is a girly group i'd suggest their lie, don't leave me and cry cry. Oh and ailee too..she's a great singer. And spica.

Ok the group that came out with domino game is called kiss and cry and another group you should listen to is purfles, idk where they are now, they kinda disappeared but they were good!

I would recommend Wonder girls, their reboot album is really good. Blackpink too and clc. Clc is really versatile, they've done a lot of concepts, you should try hobgoblin. Exid I guess but I haven't really listened to their b tracks but they're not cutesy. Stellar is already recommended and I second it they're talented. There used to be a group that came out with a song called domino game and it was good but they disappeared after. Also f(x) they're entire discography tbh these girls can pull anything off. And dream catcher!! They have a jpop rock vibe going on. I'm a major girl group Stan if you can't tell lol
