Also, i love Zion t and dynamic duo too and tbh tho One just debuted his songs have gotten to me especially heyahe like boi get your ish!! YES!!! I listen to my fair share of the artists you mentioned above. I love R&B haha. I will say, though, that my R&B taste is pretty specific? I guess I have my own definition for current R&B as well as old R&B, so i guess I'm always looking for something that clicks with me if that makes any sense lol. I listen to many things outside of R&B as well, but for CURRENT music, for the most part, I enjoy R&B haha. Also I totally get what you mean by "aesthetic" songs lol.

As for Korean artists, I recommend checking out Dynamic Duo, Zion T., Primary, and Hyukoh. Also, I don't consider Akdong Musician (AKMU) as R&B, really, but their music gets me in a similar, light-hearted groove haha. They're super talented and definitely worth checking out. Also, IU ! She's got some R&B and retro-style songs which I really like. Also ONE just debuted with two songs and tbh not sure exactly how I feel about him yet, but he's got more of an alternative R&B style, definitely not mainstream pop. I also think some of BIGBANG's older songs have that same old-school R&B style that I enjoy. But if I'm talking like MY style MY style current R&B (lol) it would be the music that Primary x Zion T. or Primary x Dynamic Duo put out, for the most part. Also Dean ughh that boi and his voicee.

As for English-speaking artists, I listen to a fair amount. I looove The Weeknd, his voice too is just yess. I wouldn't consider Arctic Monkeys R&B really, but I do love them a lot as well. See, very specific definitions of R&B for me lol. Anyway, if you're talking about other artists that have that same indie rock feel that Arctic Monkeys have, I recommend someone like The Black Keys...they have a similar vibe imo for some of the songs. There's also some like old R&B/rap artists that I like, like Prince, Marry J. Blige , Missy Elliot, MJ, Blackstreet, Outkast, etc., you know, the classics lol. Although for old R&B I think it's more just individual songs I pick out more so than the artists. Childish Gambino's newest album is a cool example of a nice mix of the old and new R&B (although i feel it's more predominantly blues but still, yesss). Whatever it is, I really enjoyed it, so I would recommend that too haha.

But that got super long huh lol I'm sorry. It's just nice to see someone in kpop world that shares my love for R&B bc I feel like most people just listen to the mainstream pop which is a damn SHAME bc R&B is where it's at lol. I'm curious, who do you listen to as far mainstream kpop goes, though? I can say that I pretty much cancel out all English-speaking pop artists but can't say the same for kpop haha. I'm a huge BB fan, but I also don't consider their music ultra mainstream pop, so...what about you, though? (:

Have you heard of DPR Live? He has similar vibes to Dean and they even collaborated on "Know Me" together. With DPR, I'd recommend "Cheese and Wine", "Right Here Right Now", and "Please" although some of them seem to be more rap than r&b sometimes but they're A+
