Just wanted to say something

Have you ever experienced this moment when your mom wanted to call your name but miscalled because apparently she forgot your name at the moment and finally- FINALLY after calling out all of your siblings' name, she called your name correctly :'D

All the time and not just siblings. The most common ones are Renee (my sister), Chelsea (my grandma's deceased dog), Leah (my niece), and Tricia (my aunt).

When my sister moved out my parents spent a whole month and a half calling me by my sister. AFter the 8th time I stopped responding.

I'm actually the one who keeps miscalling my siblings, we are a huge family so no one will blame me ><

I have a brother but my mother always confuses our names plus the name of our cat.
She also doesn't really know my age or the years I entered or graduated school.

I hate when that happens... Like, I have 6 other siblings so I understand that BUT she would actually forget my name and just calls ma "Cake" at the end. Yep, that's my name ^^;;;;

yeah happens all the time.
even calling me by my brothers' names too XD
i have five other siblings, which 4 are males and the other is a female.
it's fun as i watch my mom stumble across the names before she gets to mine if she's talking to me. if it's another sibling, we all watch her sprout the names until the right one is called.
it's cute, but regardless of anything, we still respond even though back then we were upset by it, but now it's just a funny thing. xD
another one is when i'm right before them, but they would assume i'm my sister and would call out my name when they're talking about me, to me, but don't realize it's me until a moment later. xD

This happens a lot to my mum. She has five siblings, four of them are female. My grandma always calls out the wrong name at least once in one occasion, and she often still calls her daughters who are not even in the house (lol) This doesn't happen to me because there are only me and my sister.

All the time. I also work at a daycare and every single parent that has multiple children do this.

I never experience being misscalled, but I sometimes unable to utter name of somebody when ever I feel too tired..something that we call brief memory loss, (but I don think I has amnesia at that moment) I know their name, but my brain kind of too tired to reproduced it...
