Shop owners please read

I want to ask if you encounter the same problem.
- people who 'forget' about their request
- people who apply for your shop as staff and after receiving requests, they disappear
- people who are online but won't answer( I'm not talking about forgetting to log out)
- people who are rude because they don't like something but when the added the form was only half completed.
- people who won't credit your work or being rude.

Is this happening in other shops?

I only had 'work' at graphic shop, but never officially open a shop. So, i hv no idea how to manage all thos staff :3
Once i work at this shop and the owner not really active i guess. After i finish the request, i sent to the owner to post it but she/kinda took like 3-4 days to post it. It kinda look like im the one who took too long to finish the request _.
Sometimes she/he changed what i want to said to the requester too. It end up like im saying something else >.<
Well, i guess its depend on luck too. You are lucky to hve serious and talented staff, and they are lucky to hv hard-work boss like you :D

@kurogane Same thing. About the staff, I have 50 staff members and there are always one or two new staff that don't do their job, I'm lucky I have other serious people that do their job and extra, whom I appreciate a lot and I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet them. I also have staff that grew in their skills and I'm amazed how fast they did. But not everyone is the same so...we solve the problem as they come.

Yesh, it happened. Lots of times.
I dont hv much problem with form since i mark most of things in there as important. So, people cant summit the form withou fill in almoat everything. The only thing i dont understand is the requester often list 3 characters in characters's list but in the summary of the story, they only talk about 1 character only. So, i always wondering what the other 2 characters do? When i see this, i always want to put a chair or table in the poster and label them with other 2 characters. So,in the story the other 2 charaters is a chair & table (since the requester didnt tell me whats their roles, right).
There's time, i msg the requester to pickup,she/he replied but still not pickup. 3 days later, he/she 'disappear'.
Some pick up, but after a week,still didnt use it (im talking about poster). Some didnt credit. And some pick up but few days later delete the story.
Its a free service, why can people just follow the damn rules?

Yes, these problems also happen to me (except for the staff problem since I don't hire staff so I wouldn't have a problem with quality or commitment). For those who forget the request, I message them and give them a deadline. For those who don't answer, if it's past deadline, their stuff gets taken down (I'm still debating on whether to have a blacklist). For those who are rude, I try to explain calmly why the finished product is the way that it is. /sigh/

Yes! I just sent a message today to a requester so just isnt picking up her review nor commenting . She's online and not answering. I sent her two messages already.
The part in sorry for that I did that request for free because the shop was brand new I and wanted to attract more people.
The first one had to be one of "those".

yes lmao but you get to keep the kp and youll always be the more clever one in any argument xD and the blacklist is always there, of course~ rules are not made to be broken u.u
