It's becomes common things to me now and because of that I can't study or doing work well :/ the only thing that I can do whenever it's came is update my stories. But the problem is that I have exams next month and it is really important to me to get a high pointer :/ what should I do?

I saw this somewhere, hope it helps you.
If your head hurts on :the front part, you need plenty of sleep
:The middle part, you need to drink lots of water
:The back side, you have to release stress by doing anything you like.

Well, usualy i don't have headaches, but when i do, i hate them, it's like i can't even think or..anything.
I don't use to take pills, but for headaches i made an exception for a few times. Beside that, u can drink more water, u can massage your head using your fingers and nails (it realy helps me), listen to music (i noticed that shinee's onew' voice helps me and a chinesse song...dong yi fen zhong or something like that). Also a nice smell, something that u like may help u over night.
But i wonder... If it's so painfull and so often, maybe you should talk to a doctor and try to find out what's wrong.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been getting headaches for about three years now and they costantly come and go. Since I'm not really a fan of taking painkillers I usually end up going to bed with the pain - sometimes waking up with a headache even worse than before and sometimes with no pain at all. Because my headaches are mostly connected with my ears though, sitting in front of an infrared lamp for about 10 minutes helps a lot. You should also try drinking some black tea with lemon, it's supposed to soothe the pain of a headache as well. Try not to stress yourself too much about the issue because that could be one of the reasons for your headaches. Sleep regularly, drink a lot and think positively, I'm sure you'll do just fine with your exams. :)

Maybe you're dehydrated, so try drinking at least 1,5 l of water every day and see if it helps? If not, painkillers are an obvious choice.
