Hi everyone!

I hope you're all doing well and that you had a great time over the Christmas and New Year holidays :))

Anyway, I rarely ever make blog posts unless I want to share something I'm really excited about and this time, it's a pretty unique writing project which I hope you'll consider joining!

But what's it about?

Well, my friend bluedreaming (inconspicuouslyblue) and I were talking about books and art one day and the more we talked, the more we started getting all kinds of amazing fic ideas. And that's when we thought it would be a fun idea to have a writing project where we could write fanfics/poetry inspired by visual art, prose, poetry and plays. We also felt it would make things a lot more interesting if writers had multiple fandoms to choose from - both kpop and non kpop!

So if you've seen a piece of art, or read a novel or poem, or seen a play which moved you so much you wanted to write about it, THIS IS THE THING FOR YOU! Take a look around our LJ community: ateliers and please read the Introduction and raison d'être for more details about this art writing project.

It's all very friendly so there won't be any sign-ups or check-ins. Just drop off a prompt by commenting on our introduction post on LJ . The writing period will be from April 15 to September 7, 2015, and we'll begin posting fics on September 8!
