There's 'Seito Kaichou ni Chuukoku' (Hey! Class President). There are only 2 OVAs, but it's pretty cute and the characters are all shy around each other. (:

If you've watched Junjou and liked that then you MUST watch Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi. It's the same series and same set up but different/more couples. The main couple are even cuter than Misaki and Usagi-san. Yep, it's possible lol.
