Q:how do you make line without requiring phone numbers?
A:just use your facebook account. or make a fake fb account.
how? i'll show you.
 
1.Open your line app.
2.Tap log in with your Facebook account. a fake acc will do.

 
3.It will open a pop-up with your facebook account.
4.Read and accept.
5.You're done!

easy hm? don't forget to put in your id in your profile settings.
