I Made Sweet Potato Bread!!!

I baked bread from scratch for the first time today..., It took me 4 HOURS!!!

Baking bread is complicated and hard and I regret my decision to attempt it, lol

I found a recipe for Korean Sweet Potato Bread and wanted to try it.

BUT! Are supermarket doesn't' sell Korean Sweet Potatoes, you know the ones with the white insides!

They only had orange sweet potatoes, which I love, but are not Korean :(

I made it with the Orange ones anyway and it's delicious!!!!

I made buns with filling and a loaf as well.

My house smells amazing, but it's 12am and I started baking at 7pm...,

Baking makes me tired...,

Stupid complicated bread...,

yeah in school our cooking or baking classes last 5 hours which is 3-4 hours of production and an hour of cleaning and an hour of lecture depending and in those 3-4 hours we make like in one day 4-6 pies or one day we make 3-4 breads and muffins and another day we make a cake, crepes and a sauce for it. It all depends on the day but we make A LOT of stuff in a really limited time.

Mostly bread tho. To me, bread is easier, but that actually looks really hard!
