SM Entertainment's First Official Statement Regarding Luhan's Case:

We have learned of Luhan’s lawsuit through his lawyer.

We are shocked because the lawsuit was suddenly filed while we were in the process of negotiating his future schedules and activities after he expressed his wishes to focus more on his individual activities in China more than group activities, as well as matters concerning his health. 

As it was with Kris’s case, when a lawsuit is filed for no actual reason by using the same pattern and lawyers after a gaining a lot of popularity as a star through group activities, we see this as one prioritizing one’s self and ignoring the understanding of the contract with the agency as well as everyone involved in the contracts and the activities with the group. We believe there is someone behind the scenes who is pulling the strings.

Regarding these kinds of situation, the agency plans to actively respond to it with our partners overseas including those in China as well as legal experts.

EXO’s future activities will also proceed on as scheduled.

Wow. Just wow.

They seriously need to reflect on their own actions. Have they ever treated the members well? Not just in EXO, but every single trainee and idol under SM Entertainment. Have they? Well I don't see them doing so.

SM Entertainment is seriously screwed up right now. Forgive me for my language, but to be honest, I wouldn't mind using harsher words on a company that doesn't deserve to hear nice things. Does the word 'humanity' even exist in their money-filled minds? I strongly doubt so.

DBSK (JYJ), Hangeng, Kris, and now Luhan. Isn't it pretty obvious that there's something that SM is doing that is getting on the idols' nerves? What about Jessica's case then?

I seriously wonder if SM Entertainment has ever wondered about the consequences of constantly making excuses and pushing the blame onto others. If they could just reflect, wouldn't it be much better?

With that, I sincerely wish that Luhan would achieve happiness from choosing to nullify his contract, not to forget Kris and of course, EXO.
