I believe it's because Hyuna sometimes also tries to act cute at the same time (even though, I know that's her real personality). Minzy, on the other hand is praised because she doesn't wear revealing clothing and her iness is quite natural. And also, I think you have to admit she does have more talent when it comes to dance. However, I do agree that there's a double standard and it's unfair for Hyuna.

Because HyunA is more beautiful and popular. This is not my personal opinion but the general Korean opinion -- like those media lists and all. So yay for HyunA xD
