What's Wrong With The Boxes?

I don't really understand why people care about whether SM has their artists in a box.

Take Overdose for example.

The teaser is still badass and it doesn't really change the song much at all.

I actually like/love them now.

And also, a ton of SM groups' hits were simply of the idols dancing in a box with a really good song.

The song's really all that matters frankly.

For the dance versions the boxes are fine but for plot the boxes won't cut. I think it would be nice to see a change in scenery. Seeing the same thing gets tiring.

I dunno. The box is too overused. I liked IGAB and so many others because they aren't dancing in a box. I guess it's just that I need some visual appeal. -shrugs-
