So about that whole EYK thing...

I'm as worried about security as the next fic writer so I've locked all my fics for the time being. I hope you guys will understand that locking is not something I'm doing lightly. I'm not comfortable with EYK doing a video about fanfics especially if they'll possibly be ridiculing them.

I'm not saying I expect any of you to link any of my fics as a favorite but if you're considering it, please don't :/

what the??? even you would lock your stories??? I barely read all your story, and other writers, recently due to internship...and now I come back all the eyk fuss really pissed me off...

so many author had lock their story... u.u
hope that all this eyk thing would end very soon. no ridiculed fics or else...

and please notify us, dear...

They said, on their twitter, that they wouldn't do anything with the fic until they received permission from the author first. Geeze. :/

I understand what you mean.

But I think those of us who are less-well-known, we should be okay. I'm sure they'll get all the hugely popular SJ, DBSK, EXO, SHINee fics and they'll not do any of their own research to find lesser known things, or at least I hope so, and I doubt very much they'll read....let's just say the quality of the fics will probably not be particularly high.
I don't see how they could complain about yours, except maybe "the pairings are weird lol".

Wait what? I'm at work and haven't been updated with a lot of things. EYK ridiculed a fanfic? That is...rude. And wrong. Its one thing that they're criticizing artists, but fanfic writers?

Maybe I should lock mine too.
