If you meet Minhee for the first time, you’ll think she’s one of those girls that look shy and trying way too hard to be cute. If you get to know her you’ll realize she’s not like that at all. She’s a bit of a tomboy, loves sports and does not really like anything overly girly.

Minhee’s style is not far off from her sister, Amber. She is able to rock out a style like this to a more feminine look like this. Compared to her sister, she is more feminine. ♪Background♪
History:
Minhee was born in USA. Since elementary school, Sonya had been participating in school music concerts and performances, hence developing a love for it.  She looked up to her sister, her style and independence made Minhee want to be like her.  In 2006, news from relatives in Canada said that Henry made it in to SM. Wanting to try as well, the sisters went the following year. Minhee failed to pass the second stage while Amber made it.

Their parents were not too happy the fact that both their children wanted to go into the entertainment industry. Seeing their relatives children go was enough so Minhee’s mother tried to make her focus on another profession, making her take extra classes of math, and English. But that did not stop her, she tried out the next year and was able to get in, joining her sister in Korea training.
