SO THIS GIRL GROUP SUDDENLY POPS OUT OF NOWHERE CLAIMING THEY ARE A KPOP GROUP AND IM CONFUSED AF. I CANT EVEN SLEEP BECAUSE IM SO HOOKED UP WITH THIS ISSUE —

IS THIS FOR REAL?? LIKE AS A SINGAPOREAN IM REALLY -

HECK THEY ARE GETTING SO MUCH HATE. BUT THEY DO CLAIM THAT THEY UNDERGOED TRAINING AND STUFF ( which in my opinion is complete bull like srsly man )

1. THEY DONT MEET THE CRITERIA OF BEING AN IDOL??? 

2. CAN THEY EVEN SPEAK KOREAN

3. ARE THEY EVEN UNDER A COMPANY

4. JUST WHAT

They cant go around and claim they are a kpop girl group by just creating a name and insta account 

BUT I AM UTTERLY CONUSED ABOUT THIS SITUATION. HOW DID THIS EVEN -

In my opinion. They are just a bunch of kids with dreams to be an idol ( like a lot of us ). They just took it too far 

you know what I’m just so done with this

and I heard they copied some bts stuff 

+ their so called ‘manager’ is one of them.

I HONESTLY RESPECT EXP NOW. THEY ACTUALLY SING IN KOREAN AND THEY ARE OF LEGAL AGE AND STUFF. 

And do comment down your opinions on this!!

im not defending what they are doing but i honestly dont know why you have to drag their looks and be surprised they aren't up to par with an ACTUAL korean idol because of course they aren't. so the next time you get mad an anti is dragging your faves and throwing hate at them, just rmbr you did the same to a group of girls that shouldnt have been your concern nor be compared to actual korean idols bc obv they are not idols. i'm talking to everyone on this whole comment thread rn bc whatever you guys are talking is just as unacceptable as what they are doing. their private life isnt of any of your concern either. go smooch a pic of your oppas and quit immaturely giving them hate.

I'm not Singaporean, but I understand the embarrassment. It's just...UGH.

Mainly why they irk me is because they don't seem to be serious.
First, they didn't even assign proper positions other than manager and leader. Seriously, "swag power" "meme queen" and "quiet machine"?
Second, Singapore doesn't have the infrastructure and support for idol groups. Where is their training area, hq and dorm. Come to think of it, where were their auditions held?
Third, this is with regard to your point 3. Looks and dressing are an important part of "kpop visuals" (not sure what's the proper term) and they didn't seem to be bothered to put on makeup or try to put together a presentable outfit for their introduction. One or two members did at least try to carry off the kpop aesthetic but to me they didn't try hard enough.
Also, they discredit the suffering real kpop trainees are going through and that kpop idols went through.
Anyway I support them as a cover group but that's it. I can't and won't support them to be a kpop group

this is honestly so embarrassing UGH and apparently 2 of them are underage smokers and most of them want to drop school..they actually think they are capable of being a kpop girl group with a cringy greeting and stage names?? i look forward to see their 'talents'then

i have never been so embarrassed in my entire life as a singaporean. and i can tell they are armys (wtf baby g and kookie). so the embarrassment is doubled. i feel paisey for them like for real. they havent even finish o levels probably.

and why the fk are they kneeling in the damn video. im sorry but the kneeling really annoys me maybe cos i damn traditional or smth.

i cant even discuss it seriously bc its just a joke. a kpop group with no legit roles and nonsense roles like vitamin and fake maknae but no vocals/dancer. its an insult to all the idol groups/cover dance groups and singaporeans god damn it!

I just can't believe tht one of their stans be like "they put 2 whole weeks of hard work and dedication for this group" ...WTF...2 WEEKS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO BECOME AN IDOL....SOME OF THE TRAINEES TRAINED FOR OVER TEN YEARS TO DEBUT...AND URE TELLING ME THT THEY ONLY NEED 2 ING WHOLE WEEKS TO DEBUT....WHAT?! AND THEY START THE TRAINING PROCESS AFTER THE DEBUT...

totally love how theyre a KPOP grp based in SINGAPORE who speaks ENGLISH and produces songs that are NOT in Korean!! (One of the members said so on her personal ig)
