Sorry for the lack of updates :( It's been a hard three days...,

I'm so sorry for the lack of updates this week.

It's been a horrible few days for me.

I started my new job and while it's not that hard and I'm doing alright, I've been in a very bad place ever since...,

I think it's the adjustment in my schedule that's triggering my anxiety.

I've had a panic attack before and after work every day and today was my day off, but I spent the whole day in an anxiety fueled Hell.

It's been a nightmare. I lost count of all the panic attacks I've had this week.

I feel like I'm dying.

So, writing has been tough. I wish I could write because it always makes me feel better, but it's so bad that I can barely function.

I start full time next week. I hope I can handle it. I'll be gone every day from 7:30am to 5:30pm...,

:(

I hate this, but I have to push through. I have to...,

A major change in schedule is always makes me super anxious too. Just remember we're here for you. You can do it! And if you need to take a breather from writing for a while until you feel more comfortable in your new routine, we'll understand.

I try to find little things that make my day easier or happier if I'm under a lot of pressure like that.
Even if it's to go to the bathroom to sit on the loo and just breathe, those little moments really help~
If writing is what makes you feel better, write~! Write on the toilet! XD

Hei take it easy. Breath.
Don't worry about writing now. Adjust your schedule well.

Please don't pressure yourself too much, I know you're doing really well at work! Try to slowly adjust to the new schedule instead of rushing for it, that will hopefully make you feel better. You're doing really well! Don't worry about the updates - your health is the most important!

Stay strong. Remember to breathe. I know it's hard and overwhelming and scary. I know. But I believe in you. I know you can do it.
