Snippet thingy

"Uh...Suhyo?"

"Yeah?"

"What exactly is that you're holding?"

The girl frowned and held up the bloody mass of organs, as well as what seemed to be an  indistinguishable object that largely resembled the head of the dragon they encountered earlier that day.

"What do you mean what am I holding? It's the Silver Dragon's spoils - one of them, at least."

Ah, that explained everything. The boy who asked her the question leaned back onto his couch, sighing in exasperation, then picked up a huge misshaped axe from where it was propped against the piece of furniture and began to polish the blood-drenched blades.

"I thought we were told not to keep it," He noted, watching the red seep out of the steel and into the cloth he was holding.

"We weren't," came the reply, and there was a disgusting squelch when she promptly dumped it into a large wooden box.

The other offered no reply. After all, the girl sitting opposite of him had a reputation for breaking the rules, and doing things when people least expected her to. It would be wise to keep his mouth shut - even though the crown of the most bloodthirsty in the camp had been wrestled from him by her.

There was a sigh, and he looked up to see her peering at the small opening of their cave which the leader called the window - a slightly mistaken name, he thought. After all, it was more of a tube where one sticks their head up to watch the stars - and more often than not, some kind of monster or another drool into the opening, which was both unhygienic and unsightly to the eye.

"There aren't any stars tonight, you know." He noted, placing the cloth on the armrest and standing up, swinging the axe to test it out. Suhyo didn't even flinch, and continued looking at it with some kind of longing. "Sungjong and his squad had said so; they came back from patrolling, using the newly trained dragons."

"I know."

"So...?"

"There's always the moon." A note of something caused him to look over, and he could see the glint of mischief and excitement in her emerald orbs which meant nothing but trouble. "And this ty tube isn't advanced enough to see it."

"There's no need to compare your hometown with our headquarters," He replied shortly.

"Chill," A grin started growing on her face. "Have you seen the moon before?"

The other considered for a while, before replying, "No, not really."

"Come on, then." With a sort of grand sweep, she swung herself up from the fur-covered seat and headed to the door, opening it, then asked the boy, "You coming, Shin Jineul?"

He sighed. "Whatever you say." And picked up his axe from beside the couch. Just in case.
