oneshot? (Edited alittle.)

Guys, 

So as you know I love to write. 

No this is not going to get in the way of either story. 
It's only a one-shot.

Don't know if I should really do it. But I was going to post this on my tumblr writing account first, so I'm not sure if I do post it on here that you guys would read it.

But i want to try to challenge myself to write as much words before the deadline. Which lately I found writing out that long in one page was challenging for me. So I knew it would be something that would make me work for it. 

I was planning to make this a oneshot (long one also.) 
I already thought of a title and everything. Just the question if I should post it on here also. Or just post it on tumblr. 

Sorry for bothering you guys with this. I just wanted to let you guys know what I was planning on maybe doing. 

Not sure, I'm still stuck on my decision.. What do you guys think of this? Do you think I should do this?

 I was planning it to be a sad oneshot, which I already worked out the title and everything. Just the matter of making the cover, trailer and writing it out. XD

Idk. I think the point of a one-shot is that you can write it...in one shot or at least comfortably read it...in one-shot. So even if you just post a 50k word story in one chapter, it'll still be a novel, just w/o any chapters lol. If you want to challenge yourself by sitting down for however many hours straight and writing that much, dope, I've heard a few ppl have done similar during November for nanowrimo (like, those intense ppl who write 1 million words in a month so they have to write like 30/40k a day to hit the goal). I personally think one-shots are supposed to be short stories under 10k (max, usually more like 5k or under) but I mean if that's what u wanna market your story as, go ahead homie~
