Have you ever came across a roleplay with poor administration system?
Have you ever came across a roleplay with biased admins in it?
Have you ever came across a roleplay with immature people trying to win at everything?

This is specially made based from my own experience being in one new roleplay. It was dying, and you can tell from the administration itself. I offered a help, along with my loved one. The concept is great, but the system of that place is poor. We helped, or I'd say, my loved one helped. She helped in everything. From giving ideas for the upcoming events, to approving people, and announcing their arrival. It was okay, until one immature person trying to ruin everything. She turned a petty thing into a huge drama, just because she claimed that I wasn't talking to her and dragged her boyfriend into it and questioned the purpose of me being in that roleplay if I wasn't gonna "roleplay". She played the victim card, stating how innocent she is (more like showing how she is an attention seeker, from the way she demanded my attention and got mad when I ignored her wallpost. ) Perhaps, she picked a wrong person to mess with. We settled it privately, of course. I'd name it an intelligent discussion, but this young girl, called it a fight. A fight that will determine who's winning and who's losing. She literally said that I'm not winning this fight. Her friend supported her. 

The content of the discussion;

Me: showing them how they made a small thing into a huge drama.
My girl: showing them evidence of it.
Girl 1: blabbering about -- idk, nonsense, I'd say.
Girl 2: called me an and my girl a boothang.

The admins team;

1) gave out warnings to us for causing an unnecessary drama and removed us from the admins team. 

2) letting girl 2 uploaded a status written "s..." ( no strike given to this girl. )

3) warned us to make peace ( AFTER telling us that girl 1 and girl 2 will apologize first; but, none received from the two. ) or we'll get kicked out.

In the end, we've decided to leave.

When we said we're leaving, it's not only our profiles will be removed from the groups. All the contents, too.

My advice;

1) If people called you an for stating facts, be an intelligent one.
2) Delete every effort that you made from the roleplay. Everything.
3) Don't feel bad about it. s aren't supposed to feel bad about being bad.
4) Again, be an intelligent .
5) They wanted you out from the roleplay, remove every idea or effort that you made to have the roleplay alive and active. They don't deserve to use your ideas, words, editing materials or anything that you made for the roleplay. Don't feel bad about it. 

My advice to the admin team ( from that roleplay, or from any other roleplay. )

1) You, as part of the admin team, be fair.
2) Conduct fair trial. Don't be biased when it comes to your friends, or loved ones.
3) BE RESPONSIBLE. IT'S YOUR ROLEPLAY, GET TO KNOW EVERYTHING EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT ACTIVE.
4) Again, be fair. Be fair. Be fair. Be fair.
 

Honestly, I've lost hope for that roleplay. ( even though, I wished them all the best. )  No matter how much evidence you showed them, they will take sides of their loved ones and friends. You mean nothing to them, after everything you've done to make the roleplay active and lively. Know your rank in such roleplays. Leave, before they kick you out for not being able to accept the truth and facts. They're not worth your time and effort. Be brave to leave. Be smart to make that choice. Don't let them use you for their own benefits ( --in making the place alive, use everything that you made without taking credits from you and claimed those works as theirs. ) Make smart choices, fellow roleplayers. Take this advice, and be smart.
