Moving to a New Time Zone
As some of you know, I moved into a new apartment a few months ago and it disrupted my writing schedule. Well, surprising as it may seem (to me too!), I'm moving again. I interviewed with the Scandinavian branch of my company back in April, and it went well. We all liked each other so much that they offered me a position there. It's a promotion, so it means more responsibility. But it also means I get to have more control over my scripts and do more interesting kinds of writing. And it means a nice, fat raise too! With all of that, you can see why I had to accept. ^^
I've been making arrangements for the transfer for the past month. Moving overseas is no joke! There are so many complicated things to do: permits and paperwork, getting rid of one apartment and finding another in a country where I don't speak the language. And packing! So much packing! But it's going to be worth it. I'm really excited to move there and get started on a new project.
I'm trying to push out updates for all my fics this week because it will be a long while before I can update again. I just posted chapter 6 of A Taste of You, and I'll hit The Body Guard next, then Fireflies. Hopefully that will hold you all for a while.
Of course, this also means that I'll be releasing chapters on a different schedule from now on, as my new home is 7 hours ahead of where I live now. That should be interesting for all of us, I think. Anyway, wish me luck. See you in the comments!
