Personality: Tyler is someone who had a bad past and is still slowly trying to recooperate many years later. But he is not letting his past fully get to him, he just doesn't like to talk about it much. When one first meets him, he is a very timid and shy person who is just naturally quiet. He doesn't really like being around a lot of people or well people in general. When he does talk, his speech comes out very blunt with multiple sarcastic remarks slipping in here and there without him even knowing. He only talks like that to hide his anxiety and insecurities, but he is never mean to anyone unless it is needed. Once he does get close to someone, he may still be sarcastic but the sarcasm is full of love. He is very playful once he is out of his shell, he occasionally pulls pranks. He is a very curious, asking a lot of questions to the point where people get annoyed with his questions and tell him to shut up. He tends to wander off as well and tends get lost very easily. He is an extremely hard worker, to the point where he doesn't get any sleep because is working so hard. He is also a very loyal person and would take your side if you are one of his closest friends ever. He comes off very charismatic but if he is close to you; yeah that charisma just disappears. He is actually very nerdy, weird and quirky. He is also very courageos, sometimes forcing himself want to do at all. But amusement park rides aren't in that forcing catergory, those are pretty fun to do.

Appearance & Style:His face is quite clean, witht he occasional pimple only when he gets stressed out. His hair is always pretty long and he doesn't mind dying it as he has done before. Many say the scar on his face in a extra and makes him look good but he has a complex about it. His style is a mix of so many things that you wouldn't think is really possible but he makes it look good. First of all, he pretty much wears three colors; black, white, grey. Well, they are shades or tones or whatever. But ther are different shades of black and grey, that's just the same thing. His style can go from rocker to hip hop to goth to fashionable to punk to lazy af. There is actual color in his style, but most of the time it's dark colors like dark or navy blue, a deep royal purple, burgundy, maroon or anything like that. Then there are days where he just doesn't try at all. He calls them his lazy days and he stays in bed and in the same pajamas all day.

Background: Tyler was born to a young couple, his father,a Korean undergrad business student in the states and drug addict, and mother, a poor drug addict. Though his father quickly left after they learned his mother was pregnant as he had a fiancee back in South Korea who was waiting for him to graduate and it was all a mistake to him. His mother didn't want to keep Tyler and instead of getting an abortion or considering adoption for the child. She started to take a lot of drugs and did a lot of drinking during her pregnancy. Luckily, Tyler was one of those rare babies that was born with barely any deffects to his health. But as he grew up, that was a slightly different story. Four years after he was born, Tyler's grandparents found him in a home without his mother and covered in his own feces and throw up. As well as multiple bruises all over his tiny body and a large cut on the rightside of his mouth, going across his lips. They quickly deemed his mother very unsafe and quickly took all custody away from her. She was sent for prison for many, many things such as drug related counts and child abuse/neglection. With many other crimes she has found to be a part of, her time in prison is growing and growing. Luckily his grandparents had raised nine children, five girls and four boys. So when it came to who would take care of Tyler until he was of age, there were many choices. His aunts and uncles did argue for a bit on who would take care of the youngest of the family. But once they saw his youngest uncle taking care of the baby when he was only 16 and how Tyler was extremely comfortable with him. His youngest uncle and his Polynesian-Hawaiian girlfriend at the time considered Tyler like their own child. Her family considering him a part of the family really quickly, him becoming the youngest of only grandson on that side of the family. The young couple seperated when his uncle was eighteen and she was seventeen, but they still kept in contact with each other for Tyler's sake. That same year his uncle took full custody of Tyler as the young boy was already calling him dad. Tyler didn't start talking until he was four as well, the past events scarred him which his Polynesian adoptive grandfather bought him an emotional support dog to help the young boy recover. BAck to his uncle, they same year he gained custody over Tyler, he joined the US Army branch. His uncle's(now father) parents took care of him when he was off at boot camp until he was fully settled in. Since his uncle did not want to be a burden to his parents anymore with taking care of Tyler aka another child, he decided to take his new son with him to live with him and the other military families on bases all over the United States and all over the world in different countries. The longest time he really actually spent somewhere was in the United States with a small band between the ages of twelve to sixteen, touring the country with his friends. With a couple tours in Europe and Japan. The band broke up a month before he turned 16, after New Years he auditioned for YG and was accepted not to long after that. And since he grew up with a Hispanic background and traveling the world, he saw many different cultures that had many different dances.

Trainee Years: Three years and five months

Trainee Life: He was usually the last one to leave and the first one to arrive, there were times where he actually never left. When he wasn't training, he was modeling for small clothing lines and clothing stores. As well as working as an extra in movies and dramas. He also starred in a couple musicals, usually as secondary characters and extras. But when he was actually training, he was actually critiquing his singing, trying to make his rapping decent enough to his standards, dancing until his feet blistered up and bleed, and practice drumming until he could barely hold the drumsticks in his hands becuase of the cramping, blisters and blood. He usually just stuck around with the RECKLESS members or stay by himself because people mostly but his band members.

Predebut Experiences: When he was seven, he started being a child model while living in Japan. As well as acting in some Japanese dramas as the younger version of some of the main characters or extras if it was needed. He was the main star of one drama for once as well. He was in a band back in the States for about four years before moving to South Korea, the band was pretty popular outside the "mainstream" music scene in America. The band released two full length albums and two EPs with Tyler as the main vocalist before they went their seperate ways respectfully after many tours together. He was also extras in Korean dramas, movies and musicals. He also did small musicals, plays and talent shows with the other military brats on the bases for their families.
