PERSONALITY — 

Kelsy loves to read books, especially books that could benefit her in any way -imagination wise and knowledge wise. She received a full scholarship to do her foundation in phsychology at Malaysia when she was just 15 years old. Studying in Malaysia, she had to be independent as she was on her own without her father to guide her. Although she was already accustomed to the culture since she went to boarding school there.  After finishing her foundation in Malaysia, she took A-Levels in Computer Science for almost 2 years. Another thing about Kelsy is that she's a realist for she isn't an optimist. If a situation could go bad, she won't bother to convince herself otherwise. Once she was cornered by her senior at campus and they started to hit her, she knew she couldn't fight back without risking revealing her true identity, so she stayed put and just think about what to eat for dinner. Growing up with not knowing who she truly is, both Kelsy and Steve are suprise with Kelsy is capable of. Despite that, she doesn't have the desire to find out who her real parents are or what she really is. She's always smiling and laughing with her peers -there was never a day without her smiling.  

However every person has his darkside and it's not a wonder that Kelsy has them too. As a self defense against 'genius'people she has to interact with, Kelsy would say that sarcasm is her go to mechanism. She would go as far as saying it's on par with Tony's. Her sarcasm is borderline rude sometimes, causing others to be offended and hurt. A downfall in being optimist is that you're also a negativist. She knows it won't go anything else than bad and starts to think of all the terrible outcomes. Furthermore, she puts others before herself -causing her to realise the deep she's in after saving everyone. Being the youngest scholar in Harvard, she's conscious with what people think and say about her. She strives to be the best but there's only so much she could do.

BACKGROUND — Everyday was a challenge for Steve and Kelsy -a father that knows nothing and a child that's not human. She doesn't need milk as an infant, and she doesn't sleep for hours. She's always looking at something -anything. It's like she's trying to understand it. Few times Steve forgot to feed her or change her diaper, but when he remembers it, she was already munching on a snack or her diaper had already been changed. It's a wonder that they have yet to uncover. Kelsy differs from other human infants, if that wasn't obvious already. Without Steve knowing, Kelsy only sleeps for minimum 2 hours each night, and only requires minimum 20kcal a day. Thanks to her kin, the only thing she needs are exposure to elements. But Steve doesn't know that, resulting Kelsy to develop her power later than her kin usually would. 

By the age of 6, Kelsy was already moving objects around the house. At first it was just little things -her bottle, napkin, socks. But later on as she begin levitating her plate during dinner did Steve finally knew of her power. He didn't want her to undergone training so he let her figure it out on her own. Only when she was 10 did she underwent training at Charles Xavier School for the Gifted Youngsters now known as Jean Grey School for Higher Learning. There she discovered her elemental manipulation and developed it with the help of the mutants' teachers. She has different teacher for each elements, causing her to overcome her shyness with stranger. Being a fast learner, it took her only 2 years to control her powers. She went to a private boarding school in Malaysia. It was yet another school for the gifted but it specialises in elemental powers. There she further developed her power and proud to say that she could use 80% of her powers without breaking a sweat. Only after she completed her A-Levels did she finally return to USA. 

Kelsy knows that she's not human, she asked Steve why they don't look the same and he told her everything. After Steve revealed everything, she started having dreams of a place nothing like Earth -even the creatures there are different. They had no technology like Earth, but they lived better lives than humans. After years of dreaming, she realises that it was her home planet. Seeing as how they manipulates elements as well -especially the woman whom eyes are the same shade as hers. She could manipulate all the elements as well where others are limited to one or two elements only. They speak in a language she never learned, but she understands all the things that were said. One day she was in the dream, conversing with everyone -they all know her. It was nearing the end and the only one left was her mother (she figured out herself) and her. Her mother apologized for abandoning her, but they were at war and her life was in danger. She said that she loved her, and they would meet again one day. It was the last dream she had of them. 

Shock was an understatement but she got over it in no time. Saying that her life is like a fantasy novel. Her relationship with Steve is like any normal father-daughter relationship out there. Even with Kelsy not being his biological daughter, Steve still care and love for her like his own. But he's still human that makes mistakes -he once accidentally dropped her while giving her a bath, resulting with a scar on her left browbone. Steve didn't agree with Bucky when Bucky revealed it to Kelsy. It took Steve years to finally admit his fault. Since most of her childhood and teenhood was spent away from Steve, they communicate alot through skype and facetime. Tho usually it would be Tony who called or answered her calls before she would see her dad's face. He still doesn't know how to use modern technology. Steve would always give her the eyes everytime she says something rude or when she's being sarcastic. She would just shrug and wink at him -causing him to shake his head. ''Oné day your head's gonna fall off your neck with the amount of shaking you do," -Kelsy Dee Rogers.

— Steve tried to raise Kelsy as good as he could, but he knows that she needed her biological parents to guide her with her true beings.. He gave her another name incase her mother's enemy came searching for her. Steve gives her undying love and all the time he has. Despite not knowing how to operate modern technologies, he enlisted the help of Tony so that he could still talk to his daughter. Since Steve was raised in an era where girls are modest, he raised Kelsy the same way in hopes that she wouldn't stray away from her innocence. Whenever Kelsy has a problem he always stays with her even if she won't tell him what's bothering her -just being there for her suffice.

— Kaesryana was the Queen of Valeria. Valeria was at war with another planet at the time of Kelsy's birth. Kaesryana came to Steve begging for him to take care of her daughter. Her world was in danger and she couldn't risk her daughter's life. She has control over all the elementals as well -it's what differs the royalty from the nobility. With help from an ally, Kaesryana entered Kelsy's dream to show her of her kin. When she knew her time was almost done -the last dream she entered, she transfered all the powers she has left into Kelsy in hopes her enemy won't take what's not his. She loves to hear stories about their mission especially how Tony exaggerates everything. She's very close with Bucky's child -seeing as how their fathers hangs out together most of the time. — To be completely honest, Kelsy hated Taz for 5 whole years. The 2 years she's in School for Gifted and 3 years when he just so happened to go to the same boarding school. It wasn't until when Kelsy had a misunderstanding with Ivy did they finally moved on from hating each other to tolerating each other. Kelsy would go to Taz first if she has any problems before consulting Ivy -only because he's telephatic. She just has to open her mind instead of voicing it out.

Weakness — Other than her powers, Kelsy has nothing else. No enhanced strength nor sense. If she uses 100% of her powers, it could cause her to lose control of her body and concsious. A deity known as the keeper from her homeplanet would take over her body -to ensure that the uses of power isn't for a bad purpose. However it's only short as the keeper would leave her body and it usually takes days for her to recover. This however could be avoid if she was exposed to Valeria's nature and surroundings -but that can't be help now can it? 

Weapon — Rarely uses her blade as she's better with hand-to-hand combat

Tactician - Instead of planning the strategy, Kelsy is there to put them on track, as to not be too unrealistic. Kelsy has a wide imagination and can plan anything in seconds, but she prefers to follow others' and only give ideas when there's zero ideas. 

the team — Kelsy loves meeting new people -especially the children of her father's companion. She appreciates the thought of having more family members other than the old Avengers and her old friends. She knows she can't compare herself to her father seeing that they are different in so many things, she do hopes that she at least has the same passion as her father did in saving lives. With nothing to offer to the Young Avengers, she sincerely hopes that each and every one of them will succeed in saving the world.

interaction — He is shy and mostly lets Kelsy takes control of things -but he would have a say in it and usually Kelsy would pay heed to it. However he is only shy in public, when they are in private, he is very clingy and cuddly. Always the one to initiate the kiss and always requesting to cuddle. He is very sensitive with how Kelsy acts around him -the slightest change in tone, mood or facial would trigger his 'did I do something wrong?' sensory. Kelsy on the other hand loves to hug and . She loves skinship but not PDA -if it's subtle she'll be okay with it. Kelsy prefers interacting with him when they are face-to-face, she would most probably be reading or training when they are not together so she won't be entertaining him. 

relationship status — Good friends turn into lover would be great. I don't know why, but I'm imagining the guy to be shy and timid. So to see him court Kelsy or Kelsy courting him would be epic.
