i currently have about 50 total unfinished stories and plots just sitting in my documents.

yeah, i wish. i counted. siiiiiigh. 

the main ones i'm working on now are 'dear happiness', 'dirty deeds done dirt cheap', 'capture the hyung', 'fantastic wizards and where to find them', and 'like, comment, and subscribe'.

i'm hoping to finish dear happiness next month. i'm estimating around four more chapters, roughly 1.5k each unless i miraculously end up writing more. i know the endgame, so it's not a problem--i just have to hash out the details of what happens in between. and come up with more philosophical conversations about the future for minseok and kyungsoo to have...it should be easy if you think about how existential i am, but it's not, sadly. i don't want to give away too much about what happens, but i figure only a couple people will read this anyway so it's okay, right? well, sehun and jongin are leaving next. i'll have chanyeol go too, probably even yixing. somewhere between those i'm planning on bringing in luhan as the new character. i've thought about using another member, and i don't know if it's the xiuhan side of me speaking or not but i think luhan fits best. 

honestly, dirty deeds done dirt cheap is giving me more grief than i'd like. if you couldn't tell by the title, it's part three of the gang au, where i finally give up everyone's backstories. yeah, i'm deviating from the crack aspect to bring in angst. i have kris and junmyeon's backstories all figured out, as well as pretty much everyone else, but for some reason the ideas aren't transferring. i even have the order of the chapters decided! i haven't open the doc in awhile though, so maybe once i go back it'll come easier. fingers and toes crossed i haven't lost my touch for angst. 

no one knows about this yet, but capture the hyung is literally my baby. all you need to know is that i have been watching way too much criminal minds and this is the result. my roommate made me swear to not kill minseok though, so i'll have to hold to that. the idea i have for it now is very different from the original--i might even argue that the original idea was darker. maybe i'll reveal my original thoughts after i post the main story. i have a good 2.5k words written for this, but i probably won't post it yet. i only want the story to be two or three chapters, so each one is going to be fairly long. hopefully. 

if you know me, you'll know that fantastic wizards and where to find them is all i've been talking about lately! it's my beloved harry potter au because god knows there aren't enough of those. i literally have seven pages of handwritten notes about this story...i know, i need to stop being extra. i don't have an overarching plot for it either because it's just going to be a series of one-shots. i had trouble with figuring out the format of the story because the characters are split up into three different years but...i sort of have it figured out. anyways, i've been working on the first chapter, introducing the first years and such. i have all the ships figured out too. and their brooms, their houses, their wands, their patronuses, their pets.....

okay, so like, comment, and subscribe is fairly new. like, only two weeks old maybe less new. it's a youtuber au, something i've been wanting to do since almost forever. i'm still deciding things about it. do i want to do xiubaek or xiuhan? who knows? they're both amazing and i'm total trash for either one. i started writing a bit of this too, as a spur of the moment thing. don't expect to see it anytime soon unless inspiration really kicks in. 

i haven't forgotten about my other works...namely, surviving in modern seoul (while hiding the fact that you're actually a god) or whatever the hell it was called. i'm a terrible author. why do i have such long titles? OTL. so much world building was done for this olympian gods au. i'd hate myself if i ever dropped it, so i won't. i'm working on a kingdom/magic au too. and a bunch of other things. 

as you can see, having this many trains of thought in my mind at once is...not helping my ability to sit down and write. every time i watch something new i get another idea for an au too! the plot bunnies are everywhere. everywhere, i tell you!
