UNFAIR (inhumanly way)

idk where to begin, i want to speak up my mind whats been bothering me. since the day i work at this company, i always feel unfair. i dont have a driving license but they like to kicking me around to any places. so here, if u work at supermarket or small shops.. it opens at 10am til 10pm. but u have to come early, u need to clean or sweep the floor befo u start to work. i am a youngest among the other worker if u wonder.. there's no consistency & its like a disaster. my position is as a PERSONAL ASSISTANT.. but my work is likely/ intend to as a sales girl if in malay called ( ROJAK WORK) .. idk how to put this into words. i feel like betray & being deceived

during interview, they said something nice bla bla. office hours, 9am till 7pm. one time, i got a call that i need to work my off one of the shops (my boss had many enterprises/ company running) i had to work 10am till 10pm, but i dont get pay extra for it. its ing difficult TOO to take off day. it went further till today, went overboard. i barely have my rest..

and i dont trust my workmate too.

just bc i am younger, i am not stupid. overwork but little pay

I am literally pissed off

I think you should check the terms of working in your country (aka the law, you probably find the information you need by googling, if not then go to the library or social studies teacher) and see what in your construction says and if you didn't get paid for overwork, ask your boss. If he/she refuses to pay you, sue him/her. It's a crime against you. Also the law should tell working hours, here in my country it's 8 (tho many people work much longer, such as doctors or businessmen), but I think in no country it can be more than 12. You can also resign but if your boss doesn't follow the law, he/she does the crime and has to pay and if it's a bigger crime the boss might end up in jail.

You could also join a labor union and they will help you. c:
