Okay, so I saw that Yeoniebb42 signed up for NaNoWriMo and it reminded me of all the fun times I had when I was apart of it some few years ago. I even managed to write a few short stories that aren't completely finished yet, but maybe I will finish them one day. Anyway, if you don't know what NaNoWriMo is, I'll let you know. So in the month of November, it's considered the writing month and NaNoWriMo is like a competition (but more of just motivation) that gets writers from all around the world together to work on their novels. Goals are set, the initial goal is to write 50K words by the end of the month. Winners then get exclusive deals from various sponsored parterns and all that jazz.

It's a free site you can registar with and they hold two competitions a year. The biggest one is in November, but in the month of April (I believe, I could be wrong) they hold like a boot camp/summer camp competition so you can write again. *Update: I looked it up and it's called Camp NaNoWriMo and it's held in April and then again in July! You can find it here* They have fourms where you can chat with other writers. They have a buddy system where you can add your friends, monitor how they're doing in their writing, which will motivate you to write more as well. 

If you suffer from procrastination (like I do :( ), this would be a great place for you to try out and get some fics done. They offer a wide variety of genres you can list your 'novel' under, including a and fanfiction. So if you guys want to join and follow me (even though november is almost over haha), then add me! Anyway, I currently have one novel set up, but within that novel I'll be working on 3 different fics. If I make the 50K word count, I'll be really surprised.
